Very disappointed in the customer service with this staff. I’ve never been so disrespected before. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

As soon as I walked through the door, I felt a warmth and comfort I wasn’t expecting at an Orthodontist office. I was welcomed with a nice smile by the person at the front desk, who showed real interest for me, asked for all my information in a way that made me feel I was introducing myself to a friend, rather than handing my insurance and registration to a police officer. They walked me through the facilities, and I absolutely didn’t feel I was at a doctor’s practice. Everybody, from patients, to doctors and assistants, was smiling and seemed to make an otherwise uncomfortable experience something much less threatening. From the very first moment, Dr. Robertson made me feel that everything was going to be more than fine, and it was. Not only my experience, but that of all those whose pictures are hanging in the walls… I mean, who wants to take a picture smiling right after getting braces? These guy’s patients. If I had to point out some room for improvement, it’ll be that the only thing that made me feel a little less comfortable was when Dr. Robertson told me about the token raffles system to encourage kids to take good care of their teeth and braces, a rewards program of sorts. Being a 35 year old male, I felt embarrassed to ask for my token… I really really recommend Robertson’s Orthodontics. And please, if you don’t want your tokens, I’ll have them.

Full disclosure: Dr. Robertson has been a close, personal friend for almost 20 years(he was in my wedding), so I’ll admit I’m a little biased. Dr. Robertson is one of the kindest and most professional people I know. He has a fantastic work ethic(just check out his resume) and is very good around people of all ages(Mike is one of those rare people who gets along with everyone). I’ve had great experiences being a patient of Dr. Robertson’s in the past, and I often recommend him to friends or friends with kids looking for an orthodontist. No one has had anything but great things to say about him. If you go to Dr. Robertson, there’s no doubt that you’ll have a good experience with a smart, honest, and kind orthodontist.

Although I hate to admit this, I’m obsessed with my teeth. Like a crazy person. I was in the area for work and needed some emergency retainer help and was able to get in super quickly and have the best service ever! I’ve had lots of bad experiences in the past with orthos trying to sell you all sorts of things but he got me exactly what I needed and I was right out the door, just like I like it! Dr. Robertson is the most knowledgeable, likable orthodontist I’ve ever met! I wish I lived in Dallas so that he could be my permanent go-to! I highly recommend his office for any dental work you may need!

This place is great! As a real estate agent in the area I am always looking for good places to refer my clients! I have personally met Dr Robertson and his staff as well as spoke with some of his patients… Everyone loves him!!! His office is very family oriented! If you’re ever in the area stop by and see for yourself!!!

I personally haven’t had the experience of getting any work done from Robertson Orthodontics(I already went through the pain of braces in high school), but I wanted to speak to the character of Dr. Robertson, and in addition, mention the really neat things the office is doing. First off, Michael, aka Dr. Robertson is one of the friendliest people I’ve met. You can easily read about his accomplishments and learn that he’s incredibly intelligent, but as a person, he also is fantastically personable. He asks questions to get to know you as a person and has a friendly demeanor that makes him easy to talk to. In terms of the functionality of the office, I was surprised and interested to hear about the reward system they have in place for kids that come in. While I don’t remember all the details, kids that come in receive tokens which they in turn can save up for a gift card or a ticket to enter and win an Xbox! What parent doesn’t appreciate a gift card, and what kid doesn’t love the idea of winning an Xbox?!? I remember loving the stickers I used to get at the dentist as a reward for going in. I can’t imagine how excited I’d be if I won an Xbox! Overall, this office seems to have the whole package: a way to please parents, methods to get kids excited to have their teeth checked, and a doctor/staff friendly and happy to help! Be sure to check it out!
