I will never go back to this location. I’ve been before and it is slow, but I thought we would be ok since there were only 2 people ahead of us. Boy, was I wrong. It took over 20 minutes for 2 burgers and one order of fries. At first, I thought it took so long because they had gone out to kill the cow, but when I got my burger, I realized that was not the case, as there was NO meat included.(I did not order a vegetarian burger). My husband’s burget was all wrong, too. It included the vegetables I ordered and bacon(which he did not want), the wrong kind of cheese and each of us were given a huge thing of fries(we only wanted one order to share). We did not have time to wait another 20 — 30 minutes for this to be corrected, so we ate what they gave us and left, but we won’t be back.

I ordered double mooyah burger as usual. It tasted fine however unlike at other mooyah locations in plano and coppell, the buns immediately disintegrated, totally fell apart and requiring a fork.

The person taking our order was rude and he had zero customer service skills. He appeared to be the owner. I’m not sure if he knows anything abt what happens to businesses that do not have good customer service.

Pretty disappointed since I placed an online order and was told that they hadn’t even started making my order when I arrived. However they did whip up my order pretty quick so that was sweet

Great burgers and fries! Fast, friendly service. Choices galore for toppings on your burger. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Gratzie!

Went online to place an order for pick up and arrived about two minutes after my pick up time. They hadn’t even started my order(just two milkshakes). There was nobody in line so they weren’t being overworked or overcrowded. Ten minutes later and they’re still trying to even get the milkshake machine to work…

ONEHOUR for burgers and fries. My older son’s burger disintegrated and fell into his lap staining his shirt. They remade it in two minutes, which is how long it ACTUALLY takes to make a thin patty hamburger. NEVERAGAIN.

Slooooooowwwwwwwww service. Second time(at separate locations) I’ve waited in a average length line that refuses to move. Improved employee training is definitely in order. The fries are tasty.

Cooked fresh in front of you behind the counter, however their«sliced fresh daily» fries, I saw a worker pull a bag out of the freezer so didn’t seem too fresh to me… All and all good, however it’s a little pricey for just a burger, fries, and shake totaled out around $ 17 Updated review: went in today with my boyfriend for a quick lunch, I order the mooyah burger. I asked for it just as it is supposed to come on the menu with cheddar cheese, add jalapeños and regular instead of grilled onions. On the menu the mooyah burger is supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, pickles, and mooyah sauce. Mooyah sauce is pretty much thousand island dressing. Needless to say it came out with just cheese, jalapeños and onions… Really guys… What’s the point of it being on the menu as the ‘mooyah burger’ if you don’t even include those toppings with it. I never asked to create my own burger, if that’s what I wanted that’s what I would have asked for. The mess up was annoying enough, especially after a solid 25 min wait with a nearly dead lunch crowd. Boyfriend’s burger came out right, only complaint with his order is that his shake was made about 15 min before the rest of our order, therefore it was quite melted before he even got it, and practically milk halfway through our meal. Why would you make a milkshake first before burgers and fries? It’s common sense people. Also, wait staff always doing everything but working, not overly friendly, always just see them standing around with dirty tables. We like the food and shakes here but probably won’t be back.

Love that you can call ahead or order online here and just walk in and pick it up! SOEASY when you’re ordering for several people and just want to eat it all back home. I’ll remind people(because I always do) that the portion on the fries here is nuts. A small will easily feed two people! My favorite thing about Mooyah is being able to get a really customized burger with exactly what you want, and they have lots of options to customize it. Their fries are also super tasty and seasoned well, which makes me a happy girl when I’m not eating my healthiest. This location is hidden in the maze of stores, but if you look them up on Google it will get you in the right area. Nice staff!

28 $ for a burger, fries, and shake for my wife and me. We will stick with In-n-Out, sorry Mooyah.

Love moo yah burger! Similar to five guys but their sweet potato fries and the option of Cholula on my burger is what keeps me coming back! Plus the salad and by less options are great!

So it’s fast food, Texas style. We stopped in before Disney on Ice, and since this location was right in front of Allen Event Center, it was a solid choice for kiddos. They have a wall where kids can draw while waiting for food. Good gluten free options, which is rare for a chain burger joint. I had a burger with swiss and avocado. The burger was so thin and kind of burnt that I enjoyed my sweet potato fries instead. They were tasty. The place was relatively clean, and definitely not a McDonalds. Prices were decent. The only other downfall was the overly loud microphone announcing orders. The place wasn’t a rodeo; it didn’t need to be that loud. Maybe I was just surrounded by too many Elsa look-alikes. I’d go here before I’d go to McDonald’s or Chick-Fil-A, but I wasn’t overly impressed to race back in.

I like that you order what you want on your burger and not have to list what you want taken off. Makes it easier and you get what you want without the chance of forgetting to remove an item.

We usually order to go from here. It’s a little less quality than Twisted Root and a lot more chain-burger-joint feeling than unique atmosphere-wise like Twisted Root, but if you want a good burger with a bit more quality and choice of ingredients compared to somewhere like In-&-Out Burger, Mooyah is the place to go to. The online order system is what makes them our favorite place to pick up a decent burger. If only Twisted Root answered their phone a bit more often or had online ordering, they’d get my business more than Mooyah, but since they don’t, I don’t mind the slight step down in quality for the convenience of not having to wait 10 – 20 min for 2 burgers and some fries to go.
