McDonald’s

I went through the Drive Thru tonight, ordered a small hamburger, water, small fries, ice cream cone. I paid, moved to the pick up window, and waited. After about 4 minutes, the young man at the window just kind of stared at me. (If he has special needs, please forgive me.) He handed me the water and the ice cream cone and then the window closed. I sat there and stared at him for another 2 minutes. He then opened the window and I had to ask him, «Can I get my hamburger and fries too?» He then closed the window and I guess went to check. He came back and asked me to pull up to the «Thank You» sign. I did. I waited for five more minutes until the lane behind me was cleared. I backed up to the window. I waited another minute and saw a young lady get out of the car parked in the «waiting space» and come inside with a bag that was clearly the wrong order and of which she had handled with her hands. I saw it coming. The «junior manager» (an Asian lady) handed the bag to the boy at the window and he proceeded to hand me the grease stained bag filled with cold, stranger handled food! I told him that I wanted another hamburger and fries and not the one that had been touched by someone else and that was cold. He closed the window again and I waited again. I watched him go tell the «person in charge“and she came to the window. I explained that all i wanted was the small hamburger and fries that I had ordered ten minutes ago. She proceeded to give me the same cold bag of man-​handled food! I could not believe it. I re-​explained that I did not want cold food that someone else had touched and that I had been waiting over ten minutes with my melting dessert in hand. She said that they had been looking for me and «she would give me my money back!!!» I told her to just keep it and that I would call the manager tomorrow. Absolutely a joke. Who trained, or actually FORGOT to train those two? If the boy is in fact special needs, then he did not need to be on the drive through window if he was not able to take on that challenge. And the «manager» should have not been so inept. What is America coming to when you can’t get a hamburger and fries at McDonalds? That was CRAZY and SAD.

If you want cold French fries & not fresh food this is your place… considered yourself… WARNED this is not worthy of the one star

This restaurant is terrible. The delivery time for breakfast outside of breakfast hours was way too long. We had to pull aside and wait for the food. Thankfully I noticed that apples were missing from our order and sent the lady back is ideal to get them. Even that took a long time and I went I side to get the apples. After driving off, I noticed that one of our sausage egg mcmuffins was missing the egg.

Everything was cold and they didn’t fill the order correctly. You’d think with the volume that the food would be at least on the warm side. Nothing worse than cold French fries.

They don’t care about the customer at this location! I took my youngest son and myself out for a quick dinner after basketball and they screwed my order up and when I went to have it fixed they argued over who was at fault. They were to busy playing around to replace my burger correctly in a timely manner. Definitely will not be attending this location any time soon!

This mcdonalds sucks! Not doing the all day breakfast well unless all day means how long you wait. They concentrate only on the drive thru and ignore customers who actually bother to come in

This has been the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager (night shift) here is great and always makes sure that the food comes hot and fresh.

The manager is the best here… Sometimes they’re a little slow and reckless but over they are usually quick and correct!

Good service, clean facilities. You can’t ask for more than that at a McDonald’s.

This Mc Donald’s is great, nice and clean! The reason why this gets a 3 star instead of 4 is because i wonder if anyone speaks clear english. i brought a coupon in the other day to use, and it took the entire staff to read what it said. the manager, and every employee. it slowed down the entire drive thru lane and then they still rang it up wrong and over charged me. outside of that service is fast and food is always hot

Probably the best McDonalds in this area as far as playlands and cleanliness

Hands down the best McD’s ever! We go monthly or so and the food is always great, the place is constantly kept clean by the staff and they are very friendly. The have the absolute best play land and my five year old loves it. I love it because you can see through most of the play sets and find your child. They have free WiFi and that’s very nice at times. i also love that it’s not too visible from the highway so there seems to be a nicer, cleaner crowd of diners there. Now if the busy cell phone yacking and distracted parents would stop their 2 year olds from screaming bloody murder because they think it’s funny it may be the perfect play area in history … :)

Staff is great and fast service!
