I love this vape shop! I drive from Laguna beach for this store because they have the best juices and a great staff who can alway fix my mod :)

This place is bad a**! The owner Jason puts in work at his business and he is super chill and Brandon is really helpful (broke an O-​ring and fixed it for me no problem no charge or anything) the atmosphere here is high end and they go out of their way to make you feel important and I’m not even from the area but if you Vape anywhere near Aliso Viejo this is your one stop shop! Thanks guys!

I love this place. Amazing prices good music and knowledgeable employees. Very conveniently located near my house with amazing hours of operation.

I had an issue with a tank I bought here. Brent (I think!) was very helpful by trouble shooting the coil and replacing the juice that I lost through the the leak. He said if it wasn’t the coil to bring it back and they’d give me a new tank. Very happy with the customer service I got. I wasn’t expecting it because I had this problem before at a different shop and was basically told it was my fault.

I Love this Place! All the staff are super friendly. I picked up the new Nebox! better price than Ive found anyplace. Great juice selection also. when I went in they had an event that night. DJ spinning. Good vibes.

Best ecig shop I’ve been to. I came in the other day and they had dj equipment set up, then the next time I came in I played black ops while my mod was being rebuilt. Also there are so many flavor to try and everyone who works there is super nice. I highly recommend

I’ve been vaping for about 3 years now and these guys helped me quit cigs. I can’t say enough good things about them. Every time I come in here I feel like family. They are always very friendly and helpful. They cary spoon which is my favorite and they always have it in stock. Thanks guys, see you tomorrow!!!

Terrible service and awful prices basically I have been ripped off by this place for about 8 months I recently found the e cig gallery and I have to say I am much happier with better prices and MUCH BETTER customer service I was paying 30 $ for a 30ml !!! Not quit sure how that happens anyway I’m never going back!

Always a good experience when I come into the shop, Matt & Garrett helped me find a new ecig that works best for my lifestyle. Knowledgeable & friendly staff, good selection of products, and I have found a lot of flavors that I like. I recommend an Eleaf istick with a Kanger subtank, it’s what I got and it’s working great.

My first time in, they had me already feeling like family. A lot of companies could learn a few things on how to take care of customers from these guys.

Love this place. Staff is great, know there stuff. Premium liquids, great selection. Sit down check out the juices enjoy the lounge it’s worth stopping in. Matt is the man.

I normally don’t write very many Unilocal reviews, but I’m kind of irritated with E-​Cig Vault. I bought a Unilocal deal today and headed down to get my eCig juice… they are one of only a few in my area that carries Illuminati. When I tried to redeem my voucher, the girl working there didn’t know how to use it… granted she was new. Her comment to me was ‘I don’t even USE Unilocal,I don’t have any clue what this is.’ But, she called her manager and HE didn’t even know about the Unilocal deal… they both acted as if I was trying to ‘pull a fast one’ on them and their business. The girl literally said that she didn’t want to take the voucher because she ‘wasn’t willing to lose her job’ over it. I know this isn’t exactly a review on the place itself, but I’m just kind of put out that I wasn’t able to redeem my voucher. I went out of my way to run down there on my lunch break and admittedly was pressed for time, and I did end up purchasing two bottles because I was jonsing for my juice… but it was not a purchase I enjoyed making. If I can’t get my money back through Unilocal (and if the ECig Vault can figure out how to satisfy their customers who want to do business with them!) then I will definitely use my voucher… but other than that I probably won’t be back.
**UPDATE**: Today I heard from Garrett, the owner of E-​Cig Vault, and he apologized for my experience yesterday… and has promised to compensate me for the inconvenience of my trip down there. I hope that my review doesn’t deter other customers from visiting the E-​Cig Vault… it’s nice to know that small business owners genuinely care about their customers! I’ve update my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because of their prompt response to my review!

I love the staff here… Wish the vape menu was a lil bit bigger and they had a few more premiums but over all cant complain too much! The guys working there are always help and eager to make suggestions based off what you like to vape! Check them out!

When I moved back to the area after being in LA a couple of years I was wary of going into a store like this. If been shopping online. I’m a little older than what I thought the vape crowd would be, and I was nervous about what I’d come across as well as how my questions would be responded to. I had been relying on a knowledgeable friend to help me order what I needed. So, I took a chance seeing that the store is in a nice neighborhood, and it looked nice inside. (It didn’t look sleezy like some of the places in LA that I went to the door and just never went in.)
I AM SO GLAD I WENT IN!
Not only did I get set up with much better hardware (my stuff was getting old), but they didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. They took the time to help me find juice flavors is really like.
When I did *something* (who knows) to my new tank, they fixed me right up.
Every time I’ve visited since they have been welcoming, they chat with me, and I feel like I could just relax there and vape, and know that it’s just a nice atmosphere with nice people.
I’ve been there to see people of all ages coming in ready to quit smoking, the staff has helped them, educated them, set them up for their needs. They aren’t there just to make a sale. They are cool, helpful, genuinely nice people.
And the prices? Reasonable! I keep going back!

I came across this place after I was shopping at Target. I went inside and was very impressed with the way the shop was constructed. I’ve been inside many shops and very few are on tis level. It really shows that they put in a lot of thought to the décor; the place is beautiful. The staff greeted me and made me feel at home.
The juice selection is really good. They carry some of the best flavors from Ben Johnson’s, Midas, R&D, and Dripp. They even told me that they offer free coffee before 10:00 am.
I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Just wanted to let everyone know how kool and friendly the staff was here, the design of the the store is off the hook, the vibe is soooooooo chill, if your looking for something new and fresh going to the E-​Cig Vault should definitely be your next stop, oh yea they got killer flavors and awesome mods reasonably priced too !!!
