I may be a little biased since DQ was my first job, haha, but I still love it nonetheless!
Small cone dipped in chocolate or banana split blizzard is the way to go!
Friendly, quick, and TAAAAASTY!

Nice workers! Food below standards, but we come here for the ice cream. Negative is the price, double the price for an Oreo McFlurry at McD’s and allllmost equivalent and for $ 5 the cup wasn’t even filled to the brim, overpriced to me but we only go on occasion. Says they serve Deiderich coffee, but the iced coffee was horrible (tasted burnt). Possibly the sugar filled blended drinks might be better, but would be nice if they would add good coffee to their menu for us moms! Questionable cleanliness, someone seriously needs to step in and manage this place… otherwise I see it closing down sooner than later.

This place is disgusting! Walked in to a horrible stench in the air, dirty and nobody behind the counter. On top of it all, the serving station was dirty with gnats flying around. Could not believe it, we walked out. I really hate leaving this review but at the same time this is a place that serves food so I feel it is deserved. I tried giving no stars but It would not allow me to.

Disgusted…
Recently my wife went to DQ to get a shake for her and a freeze and burger for me.
I unwrapped the burger took one bite and literally had hair in my burger. Yes, hair blonde female (long hair) in the cheese wrapped around the burger.
If you work in the food industry I am pretty sure they have you put your hair in a hat or tied up with hair net.
I will never go back to this placed ran by high schoolers.

Food was great. Salad was sub par. Don’t really think it was their fault. Staff to friendly if anything. Just bad value as far as salads go. People look for meat, sweets, veggies, fruits got to do good at them all. I paid $ 2 for some lettuce with ranch. No tomatoes no fruits no satisfaction

This review is for the cakes because savannah did an amazing job on the cake I gave to my girlfriend for her 23rd birthday. It was way better than I expected and my girlfriend loves it! She didn’t want to cut into it it was so good. It was her favorite band logo and a quote from a popular song reading «nobody likes you when your 23»
The service was amazing she did the cake for me in very little time in advance which is awesome! And the price was completely affordable. I think her name was savannah maybe Samantha but she definitely deserves a raise.

Although I’ve never had a bad thing to say about a Dairy Queen before — Ordered a burger and grilled cheese. Both were terrible. Grilled cheese was hard on the edges and flavorless. The meat on the burger looked dry, burnt, and old. Must have been old since it was 6:30pm. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Did add a star for the excellent Oreo blizzard though. $ 16 waste in my opinion

So today I decide to take my kids for a walk and we find Dairy Queen and we all got blizzards they were good but they have this advertising of flip upside down or free so we decided to do it just for fun and Mine felt so after a good laugh I ask the girl if I can another one «free «like the sign saids and then she ask me if one of the employees did it or I did So I answered I did and her answer was oh no sorry it has to be done by one of us don’t take wrong it was my fault but the sign didn’t said «only employees» so I had to walk home without a blizzard just because wrong advertising.

Come here every once in a while since it is near by the house, We came here on Tuesday night at 9:30 and the place was closed when the hours say they are open til 10 pm and we know they are cause this is the same time we usually come here. The last two visist they have been not having half the stuff they have listed on their blizzard menu. So not sure what is going on with this place.

Drive thru DQ?! Yes please!!! :-) they rock here and what can I say it’s DQ so obviously it’s dank! Yummmmm blizzards are my favorite (: Oreo EXTRA OREO PLEASE only negative is a little slow but whatever it’s always worth the wait!

Its weird giving a five star to a fast food place but I love their ice cream. Their blizzards and malts are great. I usually go at random hours and their is not a long wait to get my ice cream. They have a drive through as well as a seating area inside. I ordered a birthday cake from here a couple years ago and it awesome. They have cakes inside that you can choose from.
The banana splits here is cheap and delicious. If you are a fan of soft serve ice cream this place is the business.

We tend to come here from time to time and love it! The shakes are amazing and if you ever get fries, they are made fresh as you order. So this means a bit of a wait but it’s so worth it!
We’ve only gone through the drive-​thru but they have seating inside as well.

Ice cream? Great. Burgers? Imagine being at a back yard BBQ where the person running the grill can’t cook and the person assembling is really drunk.
I had a slice of tomato that was thicker than a bible on my burger, it was quite comical.
Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Well, it has been 15 min and I’m still waiting for my food. It is not looking good as most of the other people in the restaurant are waiting for their food too and they were all here before me…
Food finally came. All I ordered was a grill burger with cheese. It came out cold. I thought for sure it would at least be hot since I waited so long. The place is way under staffed because the kitchen can’t keep up and no one was cleaning the seating area as trash was left everywhere. My advice is to skip this location and go anywhere else.

Had a craving for a Brownie Batter Blizzard. Called the DQ in Mission Viejo and spoke to an EXTREMELY rude employee who told us that they did not offer the Brownie Batter Blizzard and there was no way they could make anything even close to that anymore. We called this location and got no answer, but figured since it was only 20 minutes away, we could drive there and see what we could get.
Even though it was twenty minutes before closing, the two men working were very sweet and made the closest thing they could to a Brownie Batter Blizzard (a ton of chocolate with brownie bites in a regular Blizzard) and made sure to ask if it was okay after they gave it to us. It’s the little things that make the difference! Definitely will be driving out to this one in the future, even though the MV location is closer, since we know that they train their employees well.
