I was just going to give them 5 stars. Until this situation. Last Friday I go to get my dog his food. As I was walking up to the register with food in hand I was stopped by the clerk. He shows me the California natural that was on sale 40% off. He tells me all the features about it and explains how good the food for my dog. Two days later my dog has diarrhea, tossing cookies and is dry heaving around the house. I called pro feed and told them what happened and they would exchange the food. So as we are exchanging the food another clerk informs me that the food I was sold the week before was a day away from being expired. I was very happy with the service until I found that out. Lesson learned I will go back to old Towne pet resort for his food. Maybe it is my fault i didnt check thr expired date. But I don’t feel I should have to check the expiration date every time I buy food. I don’t really check them in the grocery store only produce.

I was so excited when they put this in the Belleview Shopping Center (and so was my dog). You can find such a wide variety of toys and gourmet treats, like ice cream and dried rabbit. I also like that, even though it’s a smaller shop, you can build up rewards points. I got a $ 20 certificate that I promptly used to buy some duck flavored treat sticks with.
The staff is always up for a chat and seem happy to be there. Always a pleasant experience.
