Pizza Hut

Just the worst. Made my order online half an hour before arriving. I got there, paid for the order, was told it wasn’t done yet. Okay, that’s cool, it was a pretty big order (large hawaiian, 8 wings, and a dessert). Wait at the pizza place for another 20 until the pizza finally comes out, all the while, they keep asking if the 16 piece wings were mine (there had to be at least 3 orders of wings). Not to mention that fact that again, I had already paid for the order, I was the only one there, other than one other person who came in, couldn’t they just check what my order was? Okay, so I finally get my pizza, take it home, and it’s cold, undercooked, and they forgot the glaze. Wouldn’t come back here if it was the last pizza place in town.

I left the store with the words «you all suck… i just want you to know that.»
That sums up my experience. The cashier was new. Bless his heart. He tried. So i dont blame him.
It took forever to cook a personal pan and then i finally get it and they just threw the raw spinach on my pizza… seriously. Then the cashier says «thats how we do it». Well if all 3 million other pizza huts did it That way then okay. Another associate comes out and repeats the same thing. Then, i hear someone in the back say «…well thats how we do it…». Fine! Just give me the pizza! With spinach thrown on top. We then wait another 10 mins for my friend’s order. Which was «forgotten». So i leave you with this… they suck. If you look up suck in the dictionary, this location well be there… sucking.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received! The woman behind the counter didn’t bother greeting me, I was fine with that not everyone is a people person especially at night. I asked for pineapple and mushroom pizza and almost gave me a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I kept having to repeat myself what toppings I wanted. Told me it would be done in 10 mins and she just stayed behind the register 20min later decides to make my pizza. 35 minute In and this kid and his father show up and they have waited longer than I have and she still hadn’t made their pizza so we all had to wait for a long time.

Worst customer service ever. Woman very rude on the phone !
Delivery took 1 hour and half and got the pizza cold.
Will not order again from this store. And they should definitely find somebody else to take customers order than that woman

Called place an order and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I almost hung up on her because of her attitude. I changed my mind and didn’t order. I will not be ordering from them.

Rep didn’t bother to give an estimated time… Called back and she said it was on the way… It arrived 1 ½ hours after it was ordered and we placed it in the toaster oven to «reheat» it. Not a fan of having to heat up food that should have been delivered hot to begin with!
Pizza Hut: if you don’t have the drivers, give people the heads up that their pizza will be delivered super late (nearly 10pm) and cold!

I have to write a review for these folks because they are doing a great job-​Note: I NEVER order pizza because the service is usually poor and the pizza is normally aweful, (not to mention it is not too healthy) HOWEVER, These guys have very pleasent people answering the phone and are always friendly and in a good mood-​Most importantly they get your order right, have it done on time, and cook it perfectly! Very good taste and overall a good experience-(I reccommend the thin wheat crust cheeze)
