Grand Barbershop

Very unprofessional the customer service is shit!!! The shop saids that it opens at 9 but the fucking barbers always late the only reason why I come here is because Ronald gives good hair cuts and he’s a cool dude. But other than that everyone else is a straight up lazy bitch. You ask everyone else how many people they got and they will make up a number just so you can leave. Another reason is «sorry only that guy can cut your hair «even tho he just did that hair cut like two minutes ago don’t come here find another place. The most fucked up part to is the Maneger is never here or dosent have a number so customers can report bullshit like this.

Best place to get a fade. Good barbers are far and few in between. This place is great for a good cut at decent price. It definitely helps if you speak spanish, but not a deal breaker if ya don’t. You won’t find gimmicky crap on the shelves, or any of the trendy corporate blah… ya step in, get a cut, watch the game on TV, pay, and leave. It’s nice.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. I’ve gone twice now and walked out with one mediocre haircut. The barbers there are very immature and lazy, sometimes they won’t even cut ur hair if they are feeling lazy. I went for a basic fade and one of them told me I don’t know how to fade… then the black barber looked at him and said «u don’t fade? U can’t work as a barber if u can’t fade I just saw u fade someone» and the Latino barber got mad and walked to the back and stayed there. It’s unbelievable. I proceeded to ask another barber if he could cut me and he shrugged his shoulders as if he was saying I’d rather not. I will never go there again and have been telling people who ask me for a shop never to go there. Worst service I’ve ever received.

Convenient to my condo, decent haircut. Those are the only reasons I deal with the unprofessional bullshit this barbershop comes with. I’ve seen more professionalism on the Green Line when DC public schools get out. Lazy barbers will not take you if it means they might be there a few minutes after close, but their asses are never at the shop on time, or within the first hour of business. The most effing frustrating experience ever with a barber. Calling it ghetto would be a compliment. Next mission in life is to find a decent haircut with a professional attitude and a sense and concept of time.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Such a great experience! I am very picky about my hair and I have become very paranoid about who handles my hair after a couple bad experiences. I have been going to this place for long time about 8 years. They have grate employees. For the past 5 years I make an appointment with the owner for the hair cut. She stayed opened for me several times very good service. I’m a customer for life. They do a grate job. They always take the extra step to make sure you are happy.

My favorite place to come get my hair cut. It’s multi cultural but I’m African American and they do a BANG UP job with cutting my hair better than the urban barbershops that I’d frequent.
