Just went to the drive-thru and my order was still«cooking» so I pulled off to the side. The guy came out to give me my order and I asked if I could have a packet of ketchup. He told me it was in there and when I opened up my bag, not only was there about 6 hot mustard sauces and no ketchup, but my order was completely wrong. The only reason why I gave an extra star as at least I scored some chicken nuggets out of it. They really should verify receipts or orders to prevent further errors.

About a 2 – 2.5: This McDonald’s is slightly better than the one further down on King Street, as there is more traffic going in and out out of this location(located off of King and Quaker). I usually stick to their drive-thru, as they put more priority with this service than for the walk-ins. Orders have been correct, and the ‘lunch’ options here are much better in taste than the breakfast offerings(as there is more of an influx of customers during lunch/dinner time rather than during the breakfast rush). I like their Double Cheeseburgers, especially with that deal with the small fries added to it: P Parking is a little tight, and be cautious of the drive-thru customers — they’re coming down a slight ramp, and it’s near the entrance/exit doors. +stick to lunch rush time +avoid the breakfast items

If you expect prompt service please travel a little further west on King St. There seems to be no one managing this one to expedite the service. I waited about 15 minutes for a hamburger and fries and finally just asked for a refund and left. Unfortunately, this seems to be more the rule than the exception. Bradlee Shopping Center is in my neighborhood and I am very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s

Just went through the drive thru at this location and was so impressed with the two drive thru attendants I encountered. They were both so nice and so friendly! Very pleasant and put a smile on my face first thing on a Monday morning. Thank you!

Seems like people only review McDonalds to complain. This is one of the best McDonalds around. It’s clean and the employees are friendly. They always make decent food. I mean it is McDonalds but I’ve never had a negative experience here. As far as McDonalds go you could do way worse.

We had a «Buy One Get One Free» coupon to use for Big Mac, so stopped here. I handed the coupon to the guy at the counter who looked like a supervisor or owner, and asked him if he accepts it. He spent what felt like two minutes studying the coupon as if to see if it was counterfeit, then took our orders for two Big Macs and a medium fries. 1. They didn’t call out the order when it was ready for us. 2. For one of the Big Macs, we asked and paid for tomato –for D-. D found out there was only one slice of tomato but he felt he needed more than one for the extra 40 cents paid. The responses from the guy who took our order was, «but you got one Big Mac for free.» D was really not happy with the hostility from the other two staff he talked to, and while I did enjoy my Big Mac, their customer service was, let me see… s***. For such a global chain, I would expect nothing less than great customer service. We would not go back to support this location.

This place is TOTALLY overrun by tc williams thug kids both employed there and loitering there and all hanging out by the front counters so real paying customers can’t even place an order. This place is so dirty too, food all over every table, on the floor, rags on top of the trash cans, so dirty and smelly nasty who would eat here anymore? Why did they even remodel this one if this is what the stores like??? Does the franchise owner ever even step foot in here!!!

For the most part I stopped eating McDonald’s food because the quality of there food was so low. But every so often I will get there breakfast, which is usually ok and I don’t have to many problems with it. But I love there coffee and sweet tea which I get faithfully! There customer service sucks most of there employees are rude and have attitudes. The service here is also slow for the most part. And if you do end up getting your food fast, you better check it. Because more than likely you have someone else’s order or they messed up on your order. When you have them fix the order that they messed up on, they always have an attitude when fixing the order.

Big Kuddos to this McDonald’s. Looks like they’ve cleaned up their act big time. After they did the remodel, I think they remodeled the employees that worked there as well. The big improvements are: 1. I get a nice welcome when I order 2. The people who take the money at the drive-thru are smiling and friendly 3. The people who hand me the food, use the correct size bag for my order 4. double fold it and smile 5. I open my food and 9 out of 10 times it’s fresh!(no more old stuff, and no plastic in my food anymore. 6. Seems to have done retraining at this location and I’m glad they did, and also seem to have different people working there as well. I’m happy that I don’t have to go too far away to get my Mickey Ds fix when I need it. Great job — keep up the good work! I think Ray Kroc would approve now.

Worst experience ever! I actually didn’t feel safe going back to complain about my messed up order. The girl who was in drive thru actually flipped me off and told me «I don’t have time for this shit»” when I asked for her name. That was after she tried to charge us over 8bucks for 2 mcflurries. I went to a Mcdonalds up the street asking them to fix my order 3 minutes after getting it and they told me unfortunately they aren’t affiliated. They were so sorry for my experience. How do they stay in business with this kind of service? You know it’s bad when your customers don’t feel comfortable or even safe going back to have your order fixed.

They get one star for being open 24 hours a day and also because McDonalds food is a guilty pleasure of mine. Beyond that, this place would be more useful and pleasurable as a smoldering crater in the ground. I have been here many times, more out of necessity than desire. If you’re hungry after 2 am, there really aren’t a ton of options besides here and Barnside Diner(or maybe IHOP, if you’re into that). I have had to wait over 10 minutes to place an order, followed by a wait of 20 – 30 minutes to actually receive my food. This is unacceptable by most fast food standards, let alone McDonald’s. Other reviews hit the nail on the head when it comes to employees here. After I placed my order, the cashier I placed it with gets into a shouting/name-calling match with the girl working in the back. The manager talks to both to no avail, and then the cashier’s friends come in and start making jokes at the girl in the back’s expense, causing her to leave to some unseen location, leaving the manager to take care of the actual cooking itself. Short of the cashier deciding to argue with me instead, this is about as terrible of an experience as I can imagine. WORSTPART: I related this entire experience via the McDonald’s review process to the owner of this location, and they didn’t even contact me back. This is appalling customer service, and I think it’s going to take a clean-sweep of every single person here to bring this location back from the dead: new owner, new managers, new employees. Perhaps a message to the regional manager would help put this in motion? Avoid this place like the tax-man. Overall: 1.0 stars — — — – Pros: — They’re open 24 hours and I like their food. That’s all. Cons: — Service is truly the epitome of awful. Shouting matches between employees? What the heck? — Wait times are outrageous. I literally could have gone in the back and cooked it faster, and believe me, I wanted to. — The place wasn’t clean by any means. Not an absolute mess, though still unclean.

I was starting to think my expectations were just too high, but the service in this place is just insanely and consistently bad. I stated my order three times and yet when I actually got my order, it was still wrong. I was asked if the order was to eat there or to go(I was going to eat there), I got it in a bag anyway. When I went back up to get the correct Chicken and Bacon Premium Wrap(I asked for grilled chicken, I got crispy), the guy tried to put in yet another bag. When I told him I didn’t need another bag, he put it the bag anyway, slid it over to me and walked away… never spoke a word. I’ve been in the place before to watch employees berate each other(to the point where one girl was almost to tears), they use profanity, the employees actually ignore you when you ask questions, and it honestly seems like they really don’t care much about anything. One Sunday morning, I went there to get breakfast. After I pulled up to the speaker, about 10 minutes before breakfast was supposed to be over, I ordered my breakfast and was told breakfast was over. I told them that there was still about 10 minutes to go and the breakfast menu was still showing and I was told to wait. About a minute later, someone came out from the restaurant, changed the menu to the regular menu and went back inside. A couple seconds later, a voice crackled over the speaker, «Breakfast is over.» And there you have it.

Got a 4 piece nugget just to tide me over until dinner, since it was 5pm and I hadn’t eaten all day. $ 1.73. For four mcnuggets. Nearly 50 cents per nug. I was stunned when I drove up to the window and asked the guy if that was correct. This location is on my s-list
