The employees have no integrity! They go to great lengths to deceive the customer and management gladly covers up for them. Please avoid this dealership. Don't make the same mistake that I did!

Had a noise seemed in the right tires. Dropped the car off. Was told I needed 4 new tires. Left the car overnight and rented a car from them. Went to pick up my car the next day. Was told they couldn’t find the noise but hopefully the new tires would fix the problem. Paid my bill. Stood 3^rd in line for 30 minutes to return my rental car. Then the ONE guy staffing the desk on a Saturday said I could just drop the keys on the desk and go. Then I couldn’t find my car… come to find my agent had had me sign the wrong receipt — which was $ 100+ more than my bill — and brought around the wrong car. Then he couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to bring my car around and told me to go outside to flag down anyone with a red shirt to get my car. Lunch had just been delivered so no one wanted to leave their food to help a customer. I went back into the Customer Service area and called out loudly, ‘Is there a manager I can talk to’ and one instantly appeared. I told him the issue and he hurried off to find someone to get my car. He apologized saying Lindsey is short staffed these days. The next day, I find my driver side lock is no longer working and the following day the rattle is back. How do you think I’m feeling about Lindsey Cadillacs? An hour and 25 minutes to return a car and retrieve mine… NOT good.

Wish there was an option for negative starson a review for your dealership. How does a dealership secure financing on a vehicle for a person in the afternoon, and have MANAGEMENT call and say they will fedex the papers overnight to sign (since I live 5 hours away) and say it’s a done deal only to receive a text message, not even a call… Stating that the vehicle was sold and delivered last night to someone else??? How does finance not realize they made a deal for someone on a car that was already in process? Thank you for wasting this mother of 4s time for 2 days and then later on selling it from under her leaving her with no car since we were told it’s a done deal and agreed to sell our car to someone else. Unlike your crooked dealership, I won’t be going back on my word to our buyer because some people have work ethic and morals. Going on 3 hours for a call from Leigh V. «Boss» as he put it in his text to reach out to me «soon»

All personnel were courteous and respectful. However, I had to search for someone to speak with upon arrival to determine who my adviser would be. Also, I did not receive a call that my vehicle was ready… I had to call the service dept. I did not get to speak with my adviser at pickup because he was out for the day. Would have appreciated to opportunity for someone to explain to me precisely what was done for the fix. Lastly, the free car cash seems like it was nothing more than a hose down. The car was not clean when I picked it up.
But, the car is now fixed and I’m happy about that.

I really appreciate this dealership and the quality of service. I like the detailed descriptions from the service department and Mark is a great service rep!

I bought a new car recently through sales rep Keith Carpenter and finance manager Dennis Card, and both rate as upstanding gentlemen in my book. Keith was very knowledgeable like all salesmen should be, and when I had some minor concerns about my lease, Dennis gave advice that made financial sense. The only minor quibble I had, had nothing to do with either Keith or Dennis but with the people over in detailing, who missed some very stubborn tape on the rims which I pointed out. Not a huge deal, and not serious enough to warrant docking a star for this review. My car is so new that it hasn’t yet had its first service, but as a gearhead and former dealership mechanic, I’ll be setting my expectations accordingly.

My service adviser and I took a quick ride and he immediately agreed with me on the problem. Lindsay got the part in and when a follow up ride did not fix it to his liking he went the extra mile to replace the entire part.

I had a wonderful experience with Lindsay Cadillac. The Sales Manager, Jim Redden, and his staff went well above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience as outstanding as it was. I definitely would refer anyone in the market for a Cadillac to this dealership.

This is the first competent GM dealership in the DMV area that I have found, and I was very impressed by the service they offered here. My service associate, Mike Collier, was so professional and so skilled that I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for top-​quality service on my Saturn.
Lindsay Cadillac was the only dealership that was able to diagnose the squeaking noise my car was making (turns out it was the uneven tread on my tires). They also did an excellent job replacing my radio and the resistors for my interior fans. Moreover, I did not feel overcharged (Mike even reduced my bill when the actual labor costs exceeded the estimate), nor did I feel that the dealership did not care about my vehicle (after all, every other dealership had practically given up on diagnosing my car’s squeaking noise).
Lindsay Cadillac is definitely my go-​to dealership for service from now on.

Confidence is gone! New management in the service and sale department is more focus on making the next dollar, not on customer relations/​satisfaction. DON’T be fooled by the nice environment and free beverages, when something goes wrong, you will be on your own. There are too my other optiona in the DC area. STAY AWAY!!!

After four straight purchases at this dealership — we have lost confidence in the leadership and the organization’s abilities — instead trekking to Greenbelt to do business with a former Lindsay manager who endorses, nurtures, and facilitates relationship building. The service department at Lindsay has become a three-​ring circus — losing our keys on the last service appointment! Sadly, the facilities upgrades do not match the level of service one should come to expect from a high-​end dealership brand!

The customer service here is second to none! Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service. I live in Loudoun County and I drive ALL THE WAY to Alexandria because of this. I personally work with Donna and she is FANTASTIC. She provides the type of service that makes me want to upgrade my Escalade!!!

I love this dealer. I Normally would go to the greenbelt dealer for service, but I have been so displeased by poor service and long waits, I decided to try somewhere else, and I do not regret it! I love the good, fast customer service, and even though I did not have an appointment, they saw me and I still spent less time here, than when I go to the greenbelt dealer. The posh lounge and breakfast was nice also!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle a week ago and were very pleased with the level of service of our sales person! We walked in with our own financing; we were in/​out in 2 – 3 hours and they beat our APR. Need a Cadillac, go see Remi and he will get the job done!

I can not say enough of how they go over and above with there customer service. I am a business owner so I pay special attention to this. When we bought our car they where great after we bought our car they followed up to make shore we where blessed with our purchase. Now coming back for service they are fantastic. I did not purchase my car from Lindsay Cadillac, but I always bring it here for service. Gino is my service representative, but I will work with Craig if he’s not available.
It takes FOREVER to get anything done. I am convinced there is no time management process or procedure in place for service tickets. It took three hours for something as simple as an oil change every time I came here. However, everyone is always friendly and the newly renovated customer waiting room is really nice. They have comfortable chairs, coffee maker, and sometimes donuts or pastries if you arrive early enough. Be prepared to drop off your vehicle if you’re in a hurry, or wait for hours!
