They got my order wrong multiple times. I got tired of going back to the counter to correct them that I just ate me food even though it was wrong. I came here really hungry and excited, and I left disappointed.

Food was fine, drive thru service was quick. employees attitudes were atrocious. They seemed very annoyed when we asked questions about the menu. No smiles or anything. They refused to give us a cup of warm water for my sons bottle(even tap water). They wanted to charge us .70 for a cup of cold water. Let me add that McDonald’s across the street did give us that cup of warm water for no charge at all… So, come to this location for a quick between meal snack, but don’t expect friendly employees.

We stopped by hungry in between meals. We went through drive-thru. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and answered all of our questions. I didn’t realize Taco Bell has so many options now! They have snack options and a whole menu for«happy hour». I highly recommend the new crunch dessert. They are delicious!

Now I realize this is Taco Bell and I shouldn’t have expected much to begin with but come on. The food was fine. My son and I both got the Mexican pizza which hasn’t changed since I was a kid. Still delicious and crunchy. The service was lame. Maybe in her English lessons the cashier should have learned how to smile, it’s not like she was busy. The dining room was pretty dirty and we were the only ones there so I’m not sure what’s making it so hard to keep clean. I avoided the bathrooms despite the need to pee. And the speaker was buzzing the whole time. I should have gone to another Taco Bell to feed my crunch craving.

More than half the time, my order has been wrong when using the drive thru. I’ve learned to check my order while I sit there at the window. I know it probably bugs them, but dang, when I don’t want onions on my food– I DON’T WANTONIONSONMYFOOD! On an especially memorable visit, we went through the drive thru and they told us they were out of beef. Helloooooo taco bell can’t make tacos?
