I had been looking for a place that sold quality southwestern fabrics and quilting patterns and viola! I came upon the lovely store of Southwest Decoratives! I flew in from LA for the weekend and it was the first thing on my to do list and I had such a great time there! The two women working there were incredibly helpful and friendly without being over the top. The selection of route 66, Southwestern, Dia de los muertos, cowboy and native fabrics can not be beat! They also have a lovely variety of southwest fleece as well as regular types of fabric in typical patterns. They had a gigantic selection of quilt /​wall hanging /​craft and cross stitch patterns as well with the examples hung on the walls. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live closer because I might try to live in the shop. :) Definitely worth a trip! You won’t be disappointed!
