My favorite coffee shop in abq!!! Great space to work out of, friendly staff, and an awesome selection of pastries. Plus, i love how their tea is loose leafed, and encourages hot water refills

Not very sugar-free or gluten-free friendly and the wifi is painfully slow. Atmosphere is decent and warm and there are cozy chairs and sofas.

I’m from Portland… So I know my coffee. Satellite hits the mark. Great service. Always friendly and patient when my three year old orders his hot cocoa. Love that coffee comes in ceramic mugs«for here.»

We stopped here this afternoon for me to get my local coffee fix before returning to Dallas. My hubby recommended satellite coffee. This location had a drive thru, but we opted to order inside so I could take in the entire experience. The menu was extensive with food and drink. There were so many enticing goodies in the counter window. I decided to try a medium pumpkin spice latte. My drink was made quickly and was piping hot. I asked for a sleeve for my coffee and the barista explained that they didn’t have any. The latte was not my favorite. I would not order it again. However, I would come back to satellite again to try something different on the menu.

Great coffee, great food and great atmosphere. Try the Rabbit Wrap; its delicious(and vegan)! What else can you ask for?

If you are trying to access this location going east on Montgomery don’t! Take a left at Wyoming then stay to the far right to access a no-name alley street eastbound that directs you to the back of satellite and Quarters restaurant’s package liquors… then go fill out that application for New York Cab Company haha! They’re worth it and you are supporting LOcal!

I’m new to town and loved this local coffee joint! Our sandwiches were delicious and I loved the iced peppermint tea. It seems that the wraps and sandwiches are prepared and kept in a case so they are ready very fast. It would be great for grab and go. I especially loved the community bulletin board out front. its great to find a place that’s locally run and also plugged into the community. I found a 5k to participate in and hope to meet others soon. The interior of the coffee shop is pretty loud so next time I might try the patio if it’s cooler. I also didn’t check to see if it’s dog friendly and didn’t notice dog bowls but will look next time I go. I will return!

This is terrible! We were not told until we went to pay that the Internet was down & they couldn’t accept our frequent flyer card or gift card. I had both in my hand as we ordered. The oj is 12 ounces ofTropicana in a bottle — for $ 3.25. The 2 oz side of cream cheese is $ 1.00. The oatmeal came without the brown sugar, walnuts, etc. had to go ask for it. Rude staff. No attempt at compensation for any of this and RIDICULOUS prices. Not a happy customer in any way!

You’d guess I was«a Fan,» of the joint, with as many check-ins I have. I like their coffee. That says a lot, because I will drink iced specialty swill from only a few places. The type of syrup used for the mochas is unique, and tasty… while being distinct from the green-logo, Siren-run coffee place up the block. If I could be blasphemous to ABQ’s premier coffee chain, I would offer this… while the coffee prices are comparable to other chains, the food prices are… how do I say… EXPENSIVE!?! I love me a NM graburito laced with green chiles, but that and a cooling coffee beverage will set you back about $ 12. Not a trip a normal person can make but once or twice a month. I don’t expect a discount breakfast menu, but I wanted to voice my piece on why I’m not in the Drive-Thru at Satellite Coffee every morning before work.(If the prices were *right,* I would be.) Bottom Line: You can’t go wrong with Satellite Coffee… unless you drink Turkish coffee that will strip paint off a car.

I went in around 5:30 yesterday afternoon. I ordered and paid for a «mucho»(large) cappuccino which was on the menu. When my coffee was ready, it noticed it was in a «grande»(medium) size cup. I asked why and was told matter of factly that with their cappuccinos, the largest they go is medium and if you want it in a «mucho» size cup, that they’ll add extra foam. Just what I want for the extra money paid. More foam. I thought that was deceptive, but didn’t want to make a big deal about it. So, that was disappointing. The chocolate chip cookie I ordered on the side was large and good though.

I used to come here all the time because they had a peanut butter cup cold drink that was amazing… they got rid of it recently and honestly I haven’t gone back since. They have better coffee in my opinion than other places. They have a lot of really diverse drinks and I haven’t had one I haven’t liked. Bring back the peanut butter cup drink and you’ll have my business again!!!

Every time I come back into Albuquerque this place is must have asap for Mexican latte and southwestern breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. Love this place.

Nice indoor layout, with big sunny windows and cool space theme with quiet background music. However, espresso was bad. Very bitter with only roast flavor and no acidity. Adding insult to injury, served in 8 oz. paper cup(no demitasse available). Need key for restrooms.

Two words. Blue Velvet. I didn’t see it on menu but I saw it recommended on Unilocal and got it… I wish I was here for lunch! The selection is ridiculously awesome. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. I am a Starbucks whore. But I am glad I came here and it out did my high expectations and more!!!

Had a Blue Velvet which is iced coffee with four shots of espresso and caffeneited syrup and half and half. I got almond milk. Delicious. I was tweaking out, so it did the job. Good stuff!

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had a great experience. The architecture, ambience, and coffee are all terrific! So far I’ve tried the Remix, Dirty Chai Frio, and Americano. They have been excellent with the Frio being my favorite. The caffeine and taste are top notch. There is a variety of seating arrangements, which has kept me comfortable for the hours I spent each time, although the furniture could use an update. The prices are generally worth it, and I look forward to trying the food. I wish I could take this back to California with me!

How I wish we had these in California where we are from. Came in before a long drive/journey back home and Satellite coffee was just the place to give us the boost we needed. I got the horchata latte which was delicious. I secretly wish we got two even though my waistline thanks me that I didnt. We’ll be back when we are in the area again.

Love the fire and ice from here. Unfortunately they are not consistent. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s crap. Employees are not as knowledgeable as the employees at Starbucks. Satellite will do in s pinch

Yeah that dirty chai was phenomenal!!! Gave me the burst if energy that an espresso is known to do & that was just 1 shot… The ambiance is nice. Relaxing. More than the average coffee shop; families show up here & are just coming to hang-out. Wifi requires a free log-in account & I noticed something on the door about downloading large files. Different, not bad, just different. I did pleasantly notice the option for soy or almond milk; guess the folks in NM are lactose-intolerant too… Not sure why restroom remains locked, but the key is attached to a strainer of sorts, that’s great, helps prevent being lost. Some of the furnishings are a little too dusty & dingy for my taste, maybe this was specific to this location… Idk.

A gourmet coffee drive-thru? What is this, this future or something? Satellite Coffee was one of the very few places I checked out while in ABQ, and it really made me fall in love with the city. The coffee was great, except for a too sweet Mexican latte(but that could be my own tastes) and the service was SOFRIENDLY. They even gave us dog biscuits for our pups in the car! The world needs more Satellites!
