Hell yeah! This place really hit the spot after a cold brew from Marble Brewery. The burger was fresh, made to order, and one of the best that I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to coming back to Albuquerque just to savor another burger by these guys. And the dudes that were working were super friendly and personable… They genuinely cared about making people happy through the food that they served. I got The Sacred and it was. It was an awesome green chile burger that warned me up just enough on a chilly November day. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

Hands down the best REUBEN on planet Earth. The best sandwich in Albuquerque. This is not a BS paid review, this is just a normal schmo having a cold beer and sandwich on a Friday afternoon. Incredelicious.

Tried this truck at Marble Brewery and it was indeed divine! I had the Divine Inspiration buger with caramalized onions, bleu cheese, and basalmic reduction. No ketchup needed; it was so damn delicious. The bun was pillowy and complemented the basalmic nicely. Also got a basket of fries which were crisp and sprinkled with sea salt. A friend ordered the sweet potato fries with green chile on top, which was a surprisingly good combo. I would highly recommend this truck if you’re in need of a burger fix.

I couldn’t find anything wrong with this food truck. The food quality was outstanding, friendliest service, and at a kick ass price. Any vegetarians out there, they have this delicious handmade vegetable bean burger.

TL: DR version — — Rustic burger is a $ 9 calorie-tastic party in your mouth. Just do it. Long version: I’ve lived in Albuquerque for a year. The first time I tried Rustic, earlier this summer, I’d just completed a 40 mile bike ride and was ravenous. I asked for the Day of the Dead burger and received the warning(it’s topped with a chopped sauce called Diablo), ate it and was duly impressed. I went home and told my wife about the DOTD burger and the Diablo Sauce. I described them both as «perfect and amazing.» She goes, «How spicy was it?» My answer: «So spicy that I was worried it would make my beer un-taste-able, but it didn’t.» Her reply: «I think you’re officially a Burqueno.» Winning! Tonight was my second go-round with the Day of the Dead burger. My take: it’s as wonderfully spicy as it sounds, but importantly it’s also flavorful. Rustic gets it right.

Just passing through Albuquerque across the states on a road trip. Marble Brewery was recommended by a friend. Rustic sits outside of this(amazing) brewery and offers delicious burgers and fries. I ordered the Mother Earth Burger: Black bean chipotle patty, romaine, tomato, onion, mustard(I added cheese). They guessed I would order this based on my Birkenstocks. They’re super silly. Great sense of humor and customer service! Highly recommend

Darn good burgers! Better than any chain holy cow crap! Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed! Nothing pairs better with a marble and a Rustic burger!

Great food truck burgers. Had the green chile cheeseburger, was amazing, along with sweet potato fries. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Abq. Pair that with some Marble IPA, OMG! Definitely will be back for more!

Good for a Food Truck. Just ok if compared with a burger restaurant like Holy Cow. We had the Divine burger. The blue cheese was creamy and tasty. The tomato raw and cold. The burger lacked seasoning and over cooked. I asked for medium rare. The proprietor Kelly, a nice jovial chap said«I can do that». Kelly, no you can’t or did not. The sweet potato fries nicely cooked, were over salted. A little pricey, $ 13 for burger and fries. If you need food to offset beer from Marble Brewery, I get it. As a stand alone, we would be more cautious. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

The first time I ate here, I was really hungry, I would have eaten anything. I walked up and tried to order — they were closing up shop, literally just that second. I don’t remember why it was so late and why I was so hungry — probably after a night class. But I was in that teary-tired/hungry state of mind, and the guy took one look at me and said, hey, I have just enough left in the fridge to make one more burger. I could have hugged the guy. The burger I ate that night was literally the best burger I have ever had in my life. It was juicy, flavorful and an exquisite blend of absolutely perfect flavors. I was in love. So — as you can imagine, I was a little reluctant to try them again. How could they possibly recreate the magic and splendor of that perfect burger? But — they did. Any time I see Rustic out in front of Marble, my heart leaps with joy. My mouth waters in anticipation. My stomach rumbles with a happy urgency — GETINMYBELLY!!! I have had many burgers in my life, and there are burgers in this world that just defy sense and reason, and make you want to just keep eating them forever and ever. I’ve eaten burgers in nearly every state in this country, and multiple countries around the world. Given the option, I would choose Rustic every time. Their fries could use some work — if they used potatoes and did fresh-cut fries, I might just die and float around on a happy cloud of gastronomic ecstasy. But truly — a world-class, delicious, satisfying burger. Much love to you, Rustic!!!

I love supporting ABQ local businesses and I LOVE food trucks and I was pretty excited to try this one out since I had heard good things, but personally, I had the worst experience with Rustic. After paying 20 $ for two burgers and some fries we got to wait for 15 or so minutes. Now, I’m not an impatient person and I understand that good food takes time to prepare and hey, it’s Saturday night, I understand you’re busy… HOWEVER, having to listen to screaming and fighting coming from the guy cooking(the owner from what I heard of the fight) is not really something I like. We were so privileged to hear the F-bomb about 37 times(I also don’t really have a problem with language, people can say what they want –YOLO and all that) but my kids sat nearby waiting for their burger also getting to hear the colorful language just to get, in all honesty, a burger that tasted about the same as a Blake’s burger. So when I finally got my food and informed the irate cook that I wouldn’t be coming back because of the fighting he informed me that he didn’t need my f***ing business and I’m sure he doesn’t and that’s fine but I felt like I needed to say something. Most of the places I review are places I love and want to share with other people so it’s sad that this is my first negative review but hey, I guess it was bound I happen sometime.

Ok well how do your describe burger heaven. Went last night to marble brewery. We decided must have burgers and beer. I ended up getting a burger here with American cheese, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and carmelized onions. Freaking awesome. We also had sweet potatoe firs. So good. Only issue I prefer less salt on my firies but they still were really good. I added a bottled Maine Root Beer from marble brewery and it made for a wonderful outdoors casual dinner. I would eat here weekly if I was local. Thanks for a great first dinner in New Mexico.

I ate here yesterday for the first time and the food was great! I went to tractor to have a few beers as I waited for the rustic truck to pull up. I’ve been wanting to try food from a food truck and read that Rustic was pretty good. They did not disappoint, I had the Rustic burger with a side of fries the beef was seasoned well and delicious and the bun was soft it was just a great burger. The fries were also good crispy on the outside with sea salt on top. I am a fan and will definitely be back!

I loved the hell outta my burger. Got the Rustic burg when it was parked outside of Marble. I’m a firm believer that the bun makes the burger, but the meat has to be top quality too. Both were aweeesome!

My burger, blue cheese, carmelized onions & balsamic reduction, was BADASS! I enjoyed every juicy bite. The flakey, buttery brioche bun ain’t so bad either. Put it all together and the Rustic Truck serves up some damn good burgers. P. S. The sweet potato fries were also perfection. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside with coarse sea salt on top. **we found the Rustic Truck outside of Marble Brewery(also really yummy).

Ate here outside of the tractor brewery. I ordered the philly cheese steak and wow it was really good. Almost like the ones I philly but nothing beats jims.
