I originally wrote a review voicing a concern I had about a dining experience and I have to say red robin has been wonderful trying to figure out what happened and fixing the situation. They definitely made me feel better about everything and I will definitely go back just for the wonderful service they have been giving me to resolve everything. Thank you red robin for caring!

We really like coming here. Good burgers, very hood waitstaff, and I could eat the steak fries all day long!!! This location has been recently remodeled and has a great new look.

Always an Issue with this place. It’s either they prepare your food wrong or they don’t bring out your appetizers. I guess they don’t really care about making money. Or getting return business for that matter.

I love eating here. The food is good, bottomless fries, the burgers are cooked perfectly. Beer selection is awesome. The only down fall is they completely changed their fun décor. I was disappointed by this. The fun environment made it a great place for kids

Red Robin is my son’s favorite restaurant and wanted to have his birthday party there. My wife called and spoke with the manager. The staff was very accommodating, very nice and professional. Thank for for creating a good experience for my son’s friends and family.

Terrible service and management. My beer of choice was not in stock. After taking my order Cheyanne came back to tell me that. Then she didn’t know what Bosque beers they currently had. Then finally was told amber and stout. I ordered the amber and four minutes later she said they switched to the pale ale, so I ask for that. Then the manager delivers a black in color beer to me and says sorry they don’t have the pale they actually do have the amber. I inform him this look and smells like a stout. He told me it is the amber and their stout is much darker. Also, the beer was delivered, wrongly, five minutes after our food arrived. When the check came they charged me for two beers while I only drank one. The one that was wrong and I eventually gave up arguing with the manager because I just waited to enjoy my food and a drink by this point. Poor service, wrong beer delivered y manager, and manager insisted how wrong the customer was. Mischarged and nothing was offered or taken care of for all the issues. Stay away from this place support local is what I am starting to say.

Attempted to eat there today. We were sat at a table right next to the font door on a very cold day. After about 10 minutes of not meeting our server we decided to leave. As we were walking out the manager didn’t bother to ask what was wrong. He noticed us at our table several times and didn’t bother to offer us a drink or call our waiter.

As I mentioned in my previous review, I have noticed a steady decline in the food and service since we first started dining here. This used to be a quick, convenient place to grab a tasty, casual meal, but we stopped going there as frequently due to all the changes. Tonight we were looking for a quick bite to eat and couldn’t decide on anywhere else, so we found ourselves at Red Robin, and perhaps for the last time. They have recently remodeled this location, as I understand they are doing with all of their locations eventually. They seem to be moving away from the casual, family friendly atmosphere and are now trying to pass themselves off as an upscale bar and burger joint. This wouldn’t be an issue if they hadn’t started serving preprepared, quite possibly frozen food at the same time they are trying to rebrand themselves as a «higher standard» restaurant. Their website still claims their food is fresh and never frozen, and while it used to be, it is certainly not any more and whether they want to believe it or not, their patrons can taste the difference, especially those of us who knew what their fresh food used to taste like. Tonight, in addition to the mediocre food, we experienced the worst service we have had here to date, because the service was practically non existent. Our server took our drink order fairly quickly after we were seated, but it took a while longer for him to come back and take our food order than I would have liked, which I’ve pretty much come to expect here. The food came out promptly enough, and when it was delivered, our server noticed that my iced tea was empty and said he would bring me another one… and then he disappeared completely. At least, he disappeared from our table, because he continued to attend to other tables in our section. We were also waiting on him to bring ketchup because now the caddies containing ketchup, salt and pepper are no longer placed on the tables prior to being seated, but instead they are brought out by the servers with the food, and ours neglected to bring it. First of all, this is a place that advertises burgers and bottomless fries, why would they not already have ketchup on the table, not to mention basic condiments like salt and pepper? Why give the servers one extra thing to hassle with, especially when they completely forget about you like ours did? At first I figured he was just busy, so I tried to cut him a little slack, but by the time I had finished my chicken and my husband had finished his burger(he was also needing an iced tea refill by now), our server still had not come back to the table with any drink refills, ketchup, or to check on us. We tried to flag him down when he stopped at the tables around us, but he always scurried off without so much as looking in our direction. We couldn’t get any one else to stop either, and all we wanted was some more iced tea and ketchup for our fries. Also, they have now introduced those table Ziosks that I’ve noticed some other restaurants using. The first time I saw them, I thought it was great that I could pay my bill as soon as I was ready, but it seems like they’re becoming more hassle than they’re worth. Red Robin requires you not only to use them to pay, but also to order any appetizers or desserts. The severs won’t even take appetizer and dessert orders if asked, they just instruct you to use the Ziosk. A tad too impersonal for a sit down restaurant, if you ask me. But, the Ziosk features a «call server» button. Since multiple attempts to flag down our server(or any sever) had failed, we pushed the button, which sets off a blinking light to alert someone that you need service. By this time we had gotten tired of waiting for ketchup and had eaten our fries without it, but we still wanted more iced tea(at this point neither of us had gotten one drink refill the entire time we’d been there). After letting the light on our Ziosk blink for several minutes to no avail, my husband finally decided to get up and go to the bar to get us a drink refill. Just as he was getting up, our server walked by, again about to pass right by our table without acknowledging us, except this time we were finally able to stop him. We asked politely for a drink refill, a fry refill and ketchup. He made no apologies for neglecting to come back after our food was delivered and forgetting about us. He did come back with our drinks this time and a refill of fries, but still no ketchup, and he scurried off again before we could remind him. A table near us was just leaving, and my husband got up and snatched the ketchup bottle as soon as they left because we figured our server wasn’t coming back again, which he didn’t until we had paid and were getting ready to leave some time later. My advice is to avoid this place. It’s terrible now and keeps getting worse!

Wow. I should have known better than eating at a chain restaurant. The burger I ate looked like a block of horsemeat. It was disgusting. I had their«gourmet» cheeseburger. Nothing gourmet about it. It was inedible. You know a restaurant is bad if they can’t cook your burger medium-rare. How does this place stay in business? Oh, I know. Economies of scale. If you have any interest in eating a gourmet burger, stay away from Red Robin. One bright spot: service was pretty good.

For any type of burger or chicken sandwiches, you just can’t go wrong here at RR. Been going here occasionally since it opened here on westside. Never have I been disappointed with any of burgers I’ve ordered here. My wife has sometimes gotten her ordered wrong but they get a fresh corrected one out asap. The fried are good, not as great as some other joints but they do the job. And the mixed drinks they come up with are cool. Had a blue moon beer with some vodka mixture and was quite surprising how good the combination tasted. My only small complaint is I wish they had bigger TVs, especially in the bar area. But I guess if I really need to watch sports, I can just go next door. So overall this is a good dependable location and can’t go wrong when your craving a good burger.

I will not be returning to this Red Robin or to any others at that. We waited for 10 minutes for the waitress to come by and get our drinks, another 15 for her to take our order and then had to wait 30 minutes for our food, our waitress was snooty, and the food wasn’t all that great. For the price I had high hopes but I was very disappointed. The steak fries and the kids corn dog bites tasted like they were made in dirty oil, and to put a cherry on top of this crappy experience we all got sick. Never again.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star was the service. .this location is now«corporate»…boo! No local green chili? ! WTF. …is a gourmet burger w/gc? No… how would you liked that cooked? All of our food was either cold or warm at best! My daughter immediately said I do not like this restaurant anymore!, from a 6yo. Shame it will be closed like tGI Friday s soon. This use to be my daughter’s favorite spot! :(

Three and out… We’d been to this restaurant several times, but I’d forgotten why we hadn’t been back in several months. We started in the bar area, but since corporate took over, patrons now have to be over 21 to sit in the bar area… not just the bar! Ok, that’s new since corporate took over… strike one. We were moved to the main dining area and had a pleasant waiter. The rest of my party placed their orders and I attempted to order the Royal Robin with the egg over easy and green chile. The waiter winced… they no longer have green chile! That change was made to satisfy corporates desire to have one standard menu. Strike two. The waiter recommended the Genisys burger. Ok, that sounded good: a fire-grilled beef patty topped with roasted jalapeño, pepper-jack cheese, shredded romaine, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and jalapeño aioli. The burger was delivered and I was dismayed by the lack of resemblance to the picture on the menu. I was still optimistic and took a bite of the burger. The patty was thin. The three little flavorless slices avocado were more like little chunks than slices. The bacon-like strips were greasy and limp. The romaine was… wait was that dime sized fleck the romaine?! The jalapeños were … MISSING … where were the jalapeños?! I expected a lot more for an $ 11 burger. Strike three! I let the waiter know how disappointed I was and he sent the manager to our table… after about 10 minutes. I let the manager know how thoroughly disappointed I was. He was very nice and attempted to accommodate me by quickly providing a replacement that’s made to the standard. I declined because I’d lost my appetite after waiting. The manager informed us that he went to a corporate meeting last week and voiced the same concerns that he, I and many, many others have, but was informed that corporate’s goal is bar revenues. I told him that corporate is certainly moving in the same direction as the Friday’s that used to be next door. Isn’t the name Red Robin Gourmet BURGERS?! My family and I won’t be back.

Meh. Pretty much sums up my review for Red Robin after craving a nice juicy burger all week I was wanting to go eat a fulfilling burger but didn’t want to travel across Albuquerque to Nob HIll to get it so I thought hey I’ll give Red Robin a shot. First impressions wasn’t to good as the hostess wasn’t friendly nor did they get my phone number or name correct, wait times were long even though there were lots of tables not cleaned off, menu seemed legit as they offered quite a few good options but the final result was pretty meh. My burger was dry and over cooked for medium rare and the garlic fries were pretty bland as well as the dipping sauces they offer for the fries. Prices were also pretty steep for a casual fast food restaurant.

Typical Red Robin, burgers are above average and the endless steak fries with the Red Robin«spices» are delicious. We were here on a Friday night and were seated in the bar area immediately even though there were quite a few folks waiting for a table. Sometimes it’s good to be without kids. When our food was brought to us, it wasn’t what we had ordered, so the waiter took it back and brought the right order. We got dessert free for that one and the waiter and manager apologized.

Reeeeeeed Robin! Yuuuuummmmm! I had a $ 25.00 gift card that I won at work. I haven’t been here in a few years, so I thought we give it a shot. It was dead when we got there, so perfect! We were seated immediately. Great! Then we waited, and waited, aaaaaand waited. Why did we wait 15 minuets for someone to acknowledge us and take our drink orders when the place was dead? Saw some higher up(different colored shirts gave it away) talking and laughing while we stood by and waited. So finally she came around. By then we ordered everything in one go. Drinks, appetizer and entrée. I ordered the Nacho Crunch Tavern Double. The burger comes with onions, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, crunchy tortilla chips and a cheddar cheese made with lime, chile and cool ranch, creamy ranch. I also ordered some sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. My wife ordered The Prime Rib Dip. The sandwich consists of tender sliced prime rib with caramelized onions, horseradish sauce, provolone, and au jus. served with coleslaw and steak fries. The food didn’t take long to come out, when it did, I didn’t get my sweet potato fries. I didn’t make a fuss about it, so I let it go. The burger was awesome! Loved it. The crunchy tortilla strips made it awesome as well. It was well made and had great flavor! Loved it! My wife thought it was okay. She liked the bread because it was very crispy and didn’t get soggy with the au jus. She didn’t think it had much flavor and thought it to be very bland. We would come again. The food was good. I didn’t noticed that I was charged for sweet potato fries that I didn’t get until I left with the receipt and was at home writing this.

The food here is the food — if you’ve been to one Red Robin… The food is good when you are craving a specific thing(buffalo clucks and fries, anyone?!) and you always want it to taste the way your remember it. The thing here that always got us upset with this place was the poor service. However, we came in the other day(after a long hiatus) and the service was top notch. My little guy(2 yo) had a total melt down as we were being seated. I was there alone with 2 small kids and I was stressing. The manager came over — before we could even sit — with some fries and the host provided a balloon. They attempted to distract him and interact with him. Shortly thereafter the crying stopped. These gestures of patience went a long way in my book. The waiter was fast and attentive. We, in spite of the meltdown, had a great experience. We will head back soon and will be checking to see if this improvement in service is a permanent change! Hoping it is!
