Basic hotel. It was fine for the one night. The only drawback, and it could be a big one if you are a light sleeper was that that I could hear the people upstairs walking around all night. These weren’t just light footsteps, it sounded like they were wearing metal shoes. If you can sleep through that, then there is nothing to complain about with this hotel.

We selected this because it was close to family. Big mistake. Dirty bathroom and no wireless greeted us. Today they decided to paint the stairwells — all at the same time leaving no way for us to get out! There are other motels near, look somewhere else. Oh, did I mention there’s no elevator for a three story building?

Stayed one night on 07÷23÷15. room 308. Driving from NYC to LA The place was great for the price and the man at the front desk(jay) was very nice and accommodating. He even gave us some snacks after we showed up late for breakfast. Great guy. I am giving this facility a two star because after I left I had several bites on my body. they were and are incredibly itchy. They look like bed bug bites but I am not certain. I am naturally paranoid of bed bugs because of living in NYC for a few years so I did a check around the bed but saw no evidence. I threw my small bag that I used in the room in a dryer so hopefully that took care of any traveling eggs. So far so good. I sustained over 15 bites. Arm, waistline, head, chest and neck. I am guessing by the other reviews that there is not an epidemic that I know of. Just be aware folks that is all. I am absolutely certain that I got bitten at this hotel. Again I would gladly give a 5 star if I didn’t any itchy bites on my body.

Decent room for the money. I’ve definitely had better, but I’ve also had worse. The staff was very friendly which immensely improved the experience. I felt like the hotel was in a rougher neighborhood and I felt a tad uneasy. Overall, the experience was«A-OK» and I would probably stay here again if I needed to.

If I was coming through Albuquerque I would definitely stay on the side. Mountain views and walking distance to great breakfast spots. Right off I 40 but on Rt 66. Canyon trails just feet away. I say its a go for a budget stop over

A reasonable option if you’re looking to crash after a long drive and want something a cut above bare bones or Motel 6. The room was pleasant. Wi-fi was free and reliable. Free breakfast in the lobby consisted of make-your-own waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. It was nothing elaborate, but you need not spend money on breakfast. I think it was about $ 12 more than the Motel 6, and I’m glad I spent the extra cash.

Never never never ever again! Came in at 11:30 paid $ 67 for two beds. Noise all night long until well after 3 am and couldn’t sleep. Sounded like someone stomping around above us(at 3am) asked for non smoking room and room smelled god awful like smoke. Told the front desk first thing in the morning and he said there is nothing he can do about it. Seriously? Also the breakfast in the morning such as cereal and muffins you aren’t allowed to take out of the office area and enjoy in the comfort of your room! Front desk said that’s managers policy. Well ya cheap a** we drive through here a lot and won’t be coming back. People seriously there’s other choices don’t come here.

Had bad Unilocal reviews, as did all the nearby motels. However, Google gave this place a high rating(while still downrating its neighbors). We were desperate so took a chance. Lo and behold it was just fine. Clean rooms that even smelled clean. Good AC, nice beds, friendly staff. Breakfast a little chincy, but it was free so hard to complain. Plus if you are desperate for a hot breakfast there is a McD & a waffle house literally next door. It is on the far east tip of albuquerque, so if you are traveling east you miss all the traffic. I like it.

This place is cheap, and honestly, you get what you pay for. I knew this going in and I wasn’t disappointed. I checked in, put my sodas in the fridge, ordered a pizza, FaceTimed with my wife back home, watched a movie, and will go to sleep in a little while. When I wake up in the morning, I’ll shower, shave, and get back on the road for another 12+ hour drive. If you’re looking for a diamond in the rough, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a bed in a room that isn’t infested with bugs, and doesn’t have«undesirables» on the street outside, check-in and then check-out in the morning. Just the basics here, and the basics are well-covered.

I pulled down the sheets when I got into my room and found a nickle and several pennies… knowing that the sheets were dirty at this point, I looked closer to find hair… talk about disgusting. I immediately checked out and did not stay!
