Well, as much as my boyfriend and I enjoy the food on occasion, we may just have to live without CJ’s! Usually we employ a sort of «three strikes you’re out» method when trying out restaurants, but with Carl’s Jr. this was more like «ten strikes you’re out». We have had several bad experiences with this location, from forgotten food to twenty or thirty minute waits in the drive through. We tried it once more this evening and sure enough, a food item was forgotten. Looks like we will have to try a different location or switch to McDonald’s.

Service has always been quick and friendly. Never had them mess up an order. The interior has always been clean. Can’t think of any negatives about this Carl’s.
