KFC

i love the food but the other day i went through the drive-​thru because i was in a hurry, i got no utensils, no butter 4 my bisquit, how the heck am i gonna eat without a SPORK???

This is one of the very few KFC’s left with a buffet. Which makes it unique.
The restaurant is pretty clean. It’s not huge, but it’s not cramped either. The bathrooms smell all the time. I have no idea what causes it, nor do I really want to know.
Employees are hit and miss on the competency scale. The cashiers are typically warm and friendly. The ones cooking the food and stocking the buffet line are a whole different story. They are rude and hostile.
Employees make any restaurant great, and unfortunately this one misses the mark a lot of the time.
They don’t always keep the buffet stocked with chicken, so if you want something specific, the employees can get really rude about accommodating it.
It’s not somewhere I go often, as there are KFC’s everywhere. But like I said, the buffet makes it unique, and it fills my husband up. So I can definitely say it’s worth my money when I take him. Lol. He eats a ton of food all at once, and only eats like once or twice a day. So he’ll eat a lot when we go out.

First off, the fried chicken just isn’t good. It wasn’t flavorful, 11 herbs and spices my ass, and the breast pieces were dry.
Second, it was $ 14.92 for just 8 pieces of chicken that included two wings (seriously?), two drumsticks, two small thighs, and two breasts. That is insane!
You’re better off going to any supermarket that has a deli and getting fried chicken there, at half the price, for more chicken that tastes better.

If I could give a zero star, I would. There was only one reason for me to go here. I would get all of the BBQ chicken I could on the buffet. Since they no longer have BBQ, why go there. I can get not only BBQ, but also Teriyaki for the price of the buffet at KFC. So since it is cheaper to go to a grocery store to get what I want, I will. Good bye KFC

Compared to the KFC’s in Salem, this one is fantastic. I have family in the area and they like to visit this KFC mainly because they are one of the few KFC’s left with a Buffet.
The few times I have been here the service has been pretty good compared to what I receive at the Salem ones. And cleaner too.
This is probably my favorite KFC I have been to in a long time. But that is a pretty low bar to jump over.

I have long loved this stuff, but… the service is poor and the new menu is horrible! The special the other day was 10 piece meal. For 22.99. That is 6 pcs of chicken and sides, really?

It is hit or miss at this one. I have had absolutely horrible service at this one, and down right amazing. The chicken is pretty decent but you need to get it literally before 6pm when it starts getting dried out and they will refuse to make you new stuff. All in all, it is a KFC. the prices seem to keep going up and up, so that is why I give it two stars. That, and the service that is somewhat spotty.
