Food was normal Taco Bell. 10 minutes to get through the drive-​through. Only two cars in front of me that had already ordered by the time I got there.

I would say this Taco Bell was below average. The pluses were the employees were nice and the service was quick. The problem was the restaurant seemed dirty and old. The restrooms were small and no paper towels. The sauces you had to ask for, they didn’t put paper on the trays. The booths were really small, all had some residual food on them, and the restaurant was not crowded. Our burritos were not marked which was which.

This is the slowest Taco Bell in existence. If you go inside the wait is around 10 minutes for food. The drive through always seems to take 15 to 20. There’s other gross fast food near that’s actually fast.

A good example about how to turn a promo into a negative. They give out coupons that say «drive thru only» then tell you that you have to come inside to redeem two. Total BS. Just based on that I don’t care what the food is about — I’ll go elsewhere.
