Driving into work and felt like French toast sticks, added a croissantwich to finish off my splurge. No coffee today but downer is you get a small carton of orange juice with your meal. I love that it’s not too busy in the morning so getting in and out is important if you’re running late. Best thing is the 3 for a $ 1 French toast sticks, generally meals are about the same if not a dollar cheaper than McDonald’s. The ladies are pretty friendly and quick so you can get in and out. It’s been remodeled and when inside you can watch tv while you eat. Nice addition is the new soda machines, a little confusing but pretty much self explanatory.

My boyfriend and I were craving some junky deliciousness one night and decided we’d stop by for some burgers and fries. We were on a budget so I used the app to do the BOGO free whopper offer and a side of large fries. I made the mistake of ordering my food and then presenting my coupon at the time of purchase, as you do in most cases. Rather than just saying«okay let me fix this for you», the lady in the window proceeded to scold me for not doing it sooner! I started to feel ashamed and could only say«I’m sorry. I didn’t know» so many times. Seriously, she went on and on about it! She brought another lady(I’m assuming a higher-up) to help her adjust the total. The new lady then informed me that I should have mentioned the coupon while I was ordering. I acknowledged the tip and apologized again. MEANWHILE, the original lady is going around to people in the kitchen ranting and raving about how I did it all wrong. Correct me, yes. That is fine. I apologized. But seriously, don’t make me feel so ashamed while you go around making me feel bad. Other than the shaming and scolding, the food itself was good. But don’t EVER make a mistake here because believe me, they won’t let you hear the end of it.

Worst costumer service. Can’t get your order right and then they insult you and blame you that they can’t repeat your order right.

I’ve never had an issue here. I like this shop a lot actually. I’m giving it a good review because of the absolutely beautiful remodel thery underwent last year(didn’t see much mention of this in comments/pictures) and the fact that they have a coke freestyle machine! :0 Try raspberry coke. Thank me later. Service has always been fine for me. I also find that it’s always really clean here too.

I wanted to try the chicken strips for lunch and got back to work disappointed. It was dry and over fried. The chicken was not tender or juicy at all. So dry it was like eating fried flour. I broke the chicken apart and the chicken looked like it’s been sitting out for days. Good thing I bought a backup chicken sandwich. Carl’s Jr has the best chicken strips. I never do reviews for fast food, but this was very disappointing.

I frequent this location and usually get great customer service and good food. This time, however, my experience was very negative. Today, around 11:30, I pulled up and asked if they had a specific item, and they said yes, so I ordered it. They told me to pull around to the window for my total,(which struck me as odd,) so I did. When I got to the window, I gave them my debit card and they handed me my drink. Then, the cashier came back to the window and said, «The item you bought actually costs more than I charged you, so I need $ 1.50 more, in cash.» I was flabbergasted, and I said, «Really? Can I please speak to someone about this?» A shift manager then came over and said, «Yeah, we charged you for this item, but the actual item you ordered costs more, so you owe us $ 1.50.» I said, «Well, I think it’s a little unreasonable that you’re charging me more considering it was a mistake on your end, but okay…» I pulled out my wallet, and I only had $ 1.00 in cash. I told them this and offered my card again, and the shift manager rudely said, «Well, I guess I’ll take your dollar, but next time, if you want that specific item, order it this way so it’s the correct price.» I responded that I DID in fact order the specific item in the manner that she described, and the cashier agreed and said that was true. Still, the shift manager put my dollar in her cash drawer and shoved my food bag out the window and walked away without saying a word. I’m well acquainted with working in retail, food service, and customer service, so I really try not to raise a stink with retail and food service workers because I know how hard the work is. But this experience was really unacceptable. Not only was I charged money for a mistake that I clearly didn’t make, but I was also met with rudeness when I tried to correct the situation. There’s enough food in the immediate area, next time I’ll be going somewhere else.

Nice and Clean… what else can you ask for a fast food joint? The whopper will always be one of my favorite burgers, I remember when they were only 99 Cents each! YES 1. Soda Machine with many flavors to choose from 2. It’s clean 3. TV’s with sports on 4. WIFI I think? 5. Value menu NO 1. Location of ketchup dispenser — have to lean over a lot to access it 2. My health after eating fast food

Fries was hot, burger not hot. I really dislike cold food and when I’m in the area, I come here. My burger is never hot. Well, guess I need to stay away. Not healthy anyway.

Burger King, growing up I always sided with you in your battle with McDonalds. I rarely do fast food anymore, but I dropped in this morning for a rare grease breakfast. WTF! Your dollar menu only consists of things I never heard of, leaving me 2 options: A) ordering a sausage biscuit with FRIES because you have no hash browns(aka the REASON to take BK over McDs for breakfast) and a coffee for… SEVENDOLLARS? B) Get the F out of there when I was already running late, drive to McDonalds, and pay $ 3.27 for the same food plus better coffee and Monopoly pieces. I might’ve gone A if only you had the hash browns. Guess you were busy ordering burritos and quiches or whatever else is on your dollar menu? McDonald’s has won.

The food is just what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, quickly prepared and not healthy. However, the décor of this Burger King is incredible and the people served my family well. There is also free wifi. For a fast food restaurant, I have no problem giving it a 4. Enjoy!

For a fast food burger, I like Burger King the best because of the flame broiled cooking technique. Came here for dinner one weekend evening recently. This location was recently remodeled, but I’m not sure the previous faux 50’s diner look really needed any remodeling. Easy parking in private lot. The place is pretty big for a fast food place, and it’s right on a busy four lane road. I’m surprised it’s not overrun by teens looking for a place to hang out at night. Had the new SatisFries which claims to be lower in fat and calories. It tasted just fine, looks like a thick crinkle cut fry, although maybe the original skinnier fries are crispier. What was amazing was during the dinner, the owner came by to each table and asked if everything was all right with the meal. The last time that happened to me, I was dining at La Folie in San Francisco — a somewhat different dining experience than your local Burger King. Topped the evening off with a tasty ice cream cone. Bring back the 50 cent promotional! The only downer was when I went home, I found some Burger King coupons that I had received in the mail but forgot about.

Went to the drive thru to get some breakfast and got the #1, croissantwich with sausage. Only problem is they gave me the #2 double with bacon. I was next door at Wells Fargo so called and asked if they could deliver a new meal since they deliver. Yes, believe it or not they deliver. Well they stopped making eggs, so they told me I could get any other meal. So I stopped in a little later for lunch and got a whopper jr meal with a shake and they said it was an extra $ 2. Umm I thought you said I can get any meal. I was ready to order the dbl whopper! So I get my food and sit down and the dining room was nice and clean and I’m digging the 50’s theme. My burger is sloppy and bun falls apart after a few bites. The cheese is all gooey so they probably nuked it and there not supposed to do that anymore. My o rings were off the fryer like I asked for, but my shake had whip cream and the mgr even asked if I want whip and I said no. The managers shirt was also dirty and I suggested she tell the franchise to get her a new one. They also need to work on the friendliness. I went to wash my hands in the restroom and the door looks all broken and there’s a huge floater in the can, so I close the door and use the other restroom which was quite dirty. Definitely a lot of room for improvement here!

I like Burger King. I actually drive out of my way to come to this particular Burger King restaurant. This location meets my expectations: It is clean, including the restroom. It has reasonably good customer service They get my order right They cook my food properly. It has a clean and well maintained parking lot. I am not harassed by panhandlers The AC works in the summertime. In addition, they actually decorate the interior to try and get a sort of retro 1950’s vibe. I don’t know if it works, but at least they are trying. My criticisms aren’t big. I don’t expect the expert customer service you would find in a fine steak house, so I can excuse a certain lack of professionalism from the low-paid, typically young counter staff. I think they could improve the audio on the drive through, so they order taker and customer can communicate better.

Play BK Fail Adventure! Every visit a new delight! Yesterday’s prize: order cheese tots, get chicken nuggets! Today’s prize: wait in the drive-thru line for 13 minutes, get to the window, and find out that they’re not taking debit cards this afternoon. Instead of a high-calorie lunch, I got an unexpected and free diet! Some Burger Kings are boring. You place your order, you pay, and you get your food. Otis Drive Burger King is a lot more fun because you never know what you’ll get! It’s like a lottery made of fast food and forgotten expectations.

I agree with the last reviewer the last time I ate there they served us bland cold food. Speaking of cold food the fries were actually frozen. isn’t that something special??? Management none existent here
