Robert did a wonderful and very complete job explaining my wall heater and checking my heating units. He came on time and gave me an accurate estimate of what my service call would be. He explains everything fully and is great at checking heating units before they have major, expensive problems. I feel lucky to have found him. Unlike other service people, they calls back promptly and answers and helps solve problems. They are a great resource and is very trustworthy.

My neighbor recommended Black Diamond when my heaters wouldn’t start. Robert was very nice and knew exactly the type of heating system I had when I described it on the phone. He did a bit of troubleshooting, I scheduled a time and Toby the Technician arrived and found the issue was just the thermostats needed to be replaced. Job done in an hour and saved me a ton of money by not doing unnecessary work. Very Happy!

I did my wall heater to Robert last June, they did it quick and nice, but they did not clean up in the attic and crowl space under the house. So I end up paying a guy to clean up their mess.

I am so very glad that I finally found a business that cares about the people that hire them. This business takes it seriously. When we came back from a trip and found our wall furnace had killed it self we were freezing! I called 3 heater companies. Black Diamond I am thankful we picked. Came over with new heater quickly and installation took only 1 ½ — 2 hrs. Nice guy did the work and really cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate this company and only wish they also did other work we need done in our old house.

Very courteous and professional. Very clean. We had delays due to external factors not under our controls but Robert and his team was able work-​around them and accommodate us. I highly recommend this company.
What we had done:
. Removed old furnace and ductwork
. Installed new furnace + humidifier and ductwork in all rooms. Old ductwork was only going to half of the room

Robert just replaced 3 heating units in our building and he did a great job. He really knows what he is doing and he stands behind his work 100%. He took extra time to explain everything to me (heaters aren’t exactly my forte) and he was careful to stay within our budget. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and polite –I’d recommend him to anyone.
