I’m glad that I found Matthew during my search of HVAC contractors.
He came out ON TIME to do bid on a new central heating and cooling system for 2 houses and provided quotes and options the next day. I did let him know that he was competing against some others companies in the area but that didnt bother him one bit. He was the only contractor that actually took the time to do a walk around explain how everything was going to work and the things we needed to do before he would be able to start the work (make sure we upgrade our electrical panel) a thing that most of the other contractors neglected the inform me.
It really didnt feel like we were dealing with a contractor/​sales person, we felt more like family. After the systems were set up he came out when I had some question on the system (user error since this is the first time I had AC in my house but regardless he came out checked everything out and explained everything once again) most contractors after they get paid you cant get them to come back… Not with MJN!!!

I live in a creaky old flophouse in desperate need of a violent HGTV makeover. When Matthew came over for annual maintenance, he also to give me an estimate on a heating/​AC overhaul. He was punctual and articulate. He impressed both me and the landlord with his explanation about new high-​efficiency furnaces and how to link a new system with a new AC. Matthew will definitely be at the top of our list when we (finally) decide what to do. I am still hoping for a pity party from HGTV, but barring that, Matthew is miracle enough. I recommend him for sure.
