I really like this spot! I come at least once a week for lunch when I work inside one of the nearby offices. It’s way better than Chipotle. It’s FLAVORFUL and really fresh! They have plenty of menu options for the acquired taste bud including a vegetarian menu and they serve breakfast items(breakfast burrito, breakfast taco, and omelette– all under $ 5 before tax) until 11 am. All items are prepared at the time of order and gluten free, with the exception of chipotle, wheat tortillas and croutons. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available, it’s clean, relatively quiet, and overall a welcoming atmosphere.

Cookies are fantastic and the employees are very friendly except one person that I despise. He’s around 5’7 and and could be around 16 years of age.

It’s an okay Americanized style Mexican fast food joint, similar to Chipotle. I was in the neighborhood visiting a friend… was hungry, stopped by, got me a so so chicken burrito. Saw other people ordering tacos, not exactly Mexico City style tacos… and certainly not al pastor. If you are really hungry, are on the go, and want something fairly cheap, this place is not bad. But if you want the real deal, go to Oakland instead, basically all taco trucks there blow this place outta the water. Three taco trucks I recommend, el Gordo, Guadalajara, and el Sinaloense. Ace Mexican food street fair, no comparison, it’s like night and day. I still give this place three stars, it had a friendly staff, nothing against the employees… and the food is not too bad, just mediocre.

Burrito was prime. Not the biggest salsa collection but it will do. Also they have cookies.

Wow, these reviews are all over the place. I admittedly didn’t even look at Unilocal before visiting. I had a coupon and needed a quick meal, so 360 Degrees Gourmet Burritos it was. I was pleasantly surprised! The employees were very friendly, patient, and helpful during our entire visit. The menu is fairly large, with some unique options you don’t find elsewhere. My husband and I tried the chicken and artichoke burritos with curry sauce, along with a side of guac. It was nice to see the cook adding fresh ingredients(onions, peppers, raisins, and carrots) to the dish. The single size guac was a fair portion, and was very smooth and creamy. For our toddler son, we ordered a side of chicken, which was a good amount. We left the place only in the negative $ 20, which was more than fair. We will be back, probably many times over.

Poor food preparation. Let’s say you get a quesadilla and ask for guacamole and sour cream. Would you expect them to put them inside and heat it up? No, of course not. You want the sour cream and guacamole cold. Baja Fresh knows; this place does not. I’ve complained about it twice. They don’t care. Suggest you go somewhere else.

«Gourmet» means fake. Fake burritos, fake Caesar salad, not very good at all, they don’t even have refried beans. They only get 2 stars b/c the people who work there are nice. I don’t know how they stay in business with so many good restaurants around.

I’ve been here three times, and each time I had hopes that it would be good(how hard is a burrito?) but unfortunately was disappointed each time. It’s not terrible — if I’m in a hurry and I’m in this part of town and want Mexican, I may still go back, but overall my feeling is most consistent with Unilocal’s definition of the 2 star, «Meh, I’ve experienced better.» The décor is anonymous strip-mall. The service was transactional and not at all enthusiastic. The food was just so-so(maybe not seasoned enough) and on one occasion my burrito was just structurally unsound with runny salsa dripping out of it and stuff. So again, overall, it’s not terrible — but I’ve definitely experienced better.

My favorite two burritos are thai and chicken curry. YUM! Two words: extremely delicious! The taste is always consistent. The spieciest salsa is authentic and hot! Always clean facility, quick and friendly service.

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorites, but no longer. And there’s no way to provide private email feedback directly to the owner or manager because they don’t have a website, at least not for this Alameda location. What restaurant doesn’t have a website in 2015??? So here I am providing it publicly on Unilocal.Where do I start? A few weeks ago, I ordered a side of guacamole with the rest of my order, intending to get the normal half-pint or so size you expect on ordering a side of guacamole. She gave me the thimble full size. When I questioned her, she said«you only paid $ 1.00.» Ummmmm, you didn’t clarify there was more than one size! I assumed she had charged me the $ 3.50 listed on the menu above the counter under«Side Orders», but hadn’t checked my receipt. She said«oh most people get the smaller one when they order that.» Really? There was barely 2 tablespoons of guac in that thing. On Wed. 4/1, I tried to call in a VERYLARGE takeout order for several people. No one was answering the phone. I tried a total of 5 times between 6:04 and 6:15PM(yes, it’s still in my cell phone call log), before I finally gave up and ordered from Taqueria Viva Mexico on Central Ave. They lost my business on a huge order because they would not answer the phone once within an 11 minute time window. Today, I called in another fairly large order at 5:34PM. Luckily, they answered this time, and I spoke slowly and clearly so she could understand my order(although I found her«who’s it for?» question a little odd and abrupt, rather than the standard«what’s the name for this order?») She told me I could pick up in 15 min. When I arrived in 20, it still wasn’t quite ready, so I waited another several minutes while they packaged it up. Got to my car, and noticed she did not provide the tortilla chips I ordered. Walked back to get the chips(she apologized, but she took a minute or so to check her register tape to confirm I had actually ordered it), and back to my car with the chips. I opened up the side order of black beans I’d ordered, to find it was about 85% liquid. I did not have black beans, I had black bean soup. There were about 3 tablespoons of beans at the bottom of a pint container of bean liquid, no exaggeration. Totally unacceptable, and I was PISSED, but by then I was starving and did not feel like walking back AGAIN to dispute this. You can do better, 360. Seriously. You can do much better.

I’ll make it quick. As a chain shop, there isn’t much to say. Let me give you the low down on my favorite dishes: — chicken curry burrito on tomato tortilla — Cajun prawn burrito on spinach tortilla — my personal fave: Cajun chicken quesadilla on tomato tortilla!

No pork carnitas? You gotta be kidding me. This place is a farce and shouldn’t be confused with real Mexican burritos.

Got a regular chicken burrito, & it was so-so. Very little chicken, mostly rice & lettuce, which was disappointing(especially for SIXBUCKS!!!) However, the salsas & guacamole were fresh & delicious, so I will give them 2 stars. If I ever go back — which I concede is not likely — I will write an updated review based on a different choice of food items.

What a huge disappointment! I was so happy that I found this place because the 360 burrito by my house closed down, so when I came to Alameda and saw this place I just had to stop. I ordered a steak burrito with black beans. I don’t know where they get their meat, but it sure did not look, feel, like good fresh steak. Never will come here again. So sad.

Okay, to be honest this is a round up from a 3 ½. Although maybe premature(I normally round down) given I have only been there twice and had the same order both times; however, I think this is well-earned. I had the spicy shrimp and scallop burrito. It was very good both times and they did not skimp on the seafood. What was really impressive was how tender the shrimp and scallops were. Scallops, in particular, are not easy to cook, especially at a fast food restaurant. Yet, both times the shrimp and scallops were extremely tender. This impressed me. I tried various salsas and they were good, but not spectacular. The very hot salsa did earn its name. Normally«very hot,» especially at a fast foot place, might leave a mild burn. I am still feeling a bit of a nice, but not overwhelming, burn while typing this about 5 minutes or so after finishing the meal and having several drinks of a soda. I found the service to be quite good and the restaurant was clean. I paid particular attention to the cleanliness after reading another review being critical of this. I found it to be very clean both times. That said, it is a small space for eating and given this I imagine after the noon rush it is a bit messy for a while. I was there a bit before noon and about 1:00 in my visits and it was clean. It could be, too, that they read the review and addressed the problem. Nothing like a Unilocal review to encourage some accountability! I’ll definitely be back.

Just awful; dirty tables, metal shavings in food & mediocre food(poor quality and bland). A horrible experience.

Confusing menu, horrible service, decent food. They change cashiers every few weeks, and it seems like they are never trained properly. I asked for the beans and rice on the side, which to them means to put it inside… twice! They don’t give you chips if you take your order to go, but they give you 5, yes 5, chips if you eat it there. Kinda wierd. The food is good, that’s probably the only reason I’ll be back.
