Starbucks

The people that work the mornings at this location make it my favorite Starbucks location in the area. I don’t mind that there is no drive-​thru simply because of the quality and friendliness of the employees.
My drink is always prepared carefully and with employees who actually seem to care about the quality of the product they put out.

Dont listen to the reviews… only people with bad experiences write reviews. And every place is bound to provide a bad experience here and there. Yes the parking here sucks but everyone is super nice. Kinsey makes awesome drinks. Dominic is a super nice dude. Even the red haired lady provides the nicest smile even when shes frustrated. So dont let the people writing negative reviews fool you. Or you are just a fool.

Visited this location during down time, maybe that was the mistake? One other customer in the store waiting for their drink, and an iced coffee managed to take five minutes to receive. While one employee stood there eating food and making drinks (unsanitary?!) the others stood leaning in the counters. Maybe Starbucks doesn’t care because of how large they are, I understand that, but it still is certainly unfortunate.

This is actually a really nice Starbucks, staff is friends and it’s been recently remodeled. Unfortunately it is impossible to find parking, which leads to inevitable road rage incident by other drivers — saw a hit and run today. Also customers frequently get blocked in by drivers who can’t find spots and just park to run in quickly. Small seating area so don’t expect to easily find a place to sit and get work done.

I have a profound and deep love for Starbucks, like most people who frequent the company, but this particular location has been rubbing me the wrong way of late. I have been a Starbucks gold card member since 2008, and have visited a Starbucks almost daily since then, even through pregnancy for decaf coffee! I have lived in Chicago, one of the biggest, busiest cities in the US, and always seemed to get my drink right there. Since moving back to Akron this last year I have only had a fully correct drink from this location TWICE! It kills me that the cashier will repeat my order back to me correctly but somehow write it down wrong? Almost every time I visit this location, which sadly is closest to my home and shopping area my drink is either completely wrong or missing an element. I’m not ordering comes drinks either, simple toffee nut lattes with whip crime will come to me as non fat toffee nut lattes with no whip (I despise the taste of skim milk) or salted caramel mochas as pumpkin spice! I hate leaving the store sipping my would be delicious drink and discovering it is something completely different! I think it’s time for me to explore more local coffee establishments

Wonderful baristas at this location. Drinks are always perfect. As far as the parking, if people would go in a circle one way and jackasses would not stop and sit in front of the door if would be fine!

This Starbucks is in a cool spot that is quite enjoyable — if you can find parking and escape certain death.
I’m dead serious here — the last time I was there, I was sitting at a quiet café table outside enjoying my latte when a would-​be patron in a minivan had parking difficulty that ended in them ramming into a car trying to drive past.
Other than that, a great time can be had!
