This family-​owned and operated business is absolutely wonderful! I was told by a big-​name jewelry company that they would have to send my Tissot watch out to get the battery changed — a week and a half and $ 75! I called Henry B Ball West, and Tom told me to bring it in. A few minutes and only $ 20 later, I was on my way! Tom is a certified jeweler and repairman, and he knows his stuff. I took my diamond bracelet back the next day, and he was able to clean it and fix the clasp — again, in about 10 minutes. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will definitely recommend this company!
