Tried to speak to a person to get simple information on a past test result. It was nearly impossible to speak to a human. After 15 minutes of voice prompts and recalls, I finally reached someone who then referred me to a different number. Again prompts and 10 minutes on hold… I finally spoke to the rudest person. She acted like I was a huge bother to ask for test results from the previous year. This organization needs a major overhaul on their Customer Service…

Ok… so the welcoming committee was not the nicest, I have got to tell you something… she may not be «warm and fuzzy» but this girl can take blood faster than you can spell«CAKE». I’m not kidding. The same girl that checked me in, that sounded irritated by everyone when they walked in asking if they should leave their cards and ID with her… she simply said«I’ll call you when I am ready»…this is the girl that took my blood! Seriously, she has THESOFTESTHANDS and QUICK! She got that needle in and tube shoved in and blood drawn so fast I asked if she was done and next thing I knew, I was taped up and told«ok, you are done. you should receive your results in about a week.» This goes to prove, the you cannot judge a book by it’s cover… I would DEFINITELY come back here if I needed to. :)

This is my first 1 star review and I hope it will be my last. I will never go to this location ever again. The receptionist is literally the rudest person I have ever met. Her tone of voice and facial expressions are offensive and unwarranted. When I politely notified the chief staff on duty of her disconcerting behavior, he just smiled and said something to me that made no sense in the context of the situation. No expression of compassion or empathy. Never again.
