5 stars for Dr Dye. Took a star off due to the office staff. The reality is you have an amazing Dr who has too many clients. He and his nurse always do their best. Your appointment may run late, but rest assured it’s because he is attending to an emergency case. And if you ever have an emergency case, you very well be the cause for the delay to other patients. My only complaint is the front office staff. If you call in to make an appointment, odds are you will be put on hold several times as it seems that only one computer will take appointments. They kind of act inconvenienced by you. Also, the waiting room is too small for the amount of patients they take. BUT the drs are amazing.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Dr. Dye, but it’s time for me to move on! Although on average I’ve only had to see him two times a year or so I just no longer can handle how late the appointments run and how helpless the office staff is. The truth is the first couple of years I would actually get to see Dr Dye but the last several years I have only been seen by physicians assistants anyway. And I can’t say the office staff is wholly at fault, but the system there is all about cramming in as many appointments as they can and the staff really has no idea what to even say about it… its a shame really, it’s just factory work down there! I’ve reached out to dr dye and Dr Berman, but nothing rally changed.

Love him! Love love love him! I’ve been seeing him for years and he’s just the nicest best doctor! He obviously knows what he’s doing because I swear he looks younger NOW then when I first started going to him 7 years ago! When I do what he says I have great skin. Hopefully when I need some. ahem…help I’ll be able to afford his!
