Wish I had read Unilocal before I chose this location.
Walked in at 4:00 to get a blood test for my son (who was horribly nervous). Their last appointment was a 3:30 which we couldn’t make because he doesn’t get out of school in time. Had one person ahead of us and one was in the lab already. We waited 45 minutes just to give the lab orders to them, then waited fifteen more while it was entered into system. Got out of there at 5:10. Dreadful experience, not because it was painful for him, but he had to sit and wait in such a fearful state.
I think the biggest problem is there is a staff of ONE. The phlebotomist is also running the reception area. She was very nice and gentle with my son, but I’m hoping we can change locations since he has to be tested every month for six months. Yikes.
In a nutshell, try a different location for Quest.

I am sitting with my 9 year old. I’ve been waiting with him for a simple blood test for over an hour and a half. There were only a few people ahead of us but it was about 20 mins between people. There is only one person working here and everyone here says that’s always the case. The woman working was sweet and trying to work fast but she couldn’t do it all without making people wait an excessive amount of time. And after all of that wait we almost got turned away because something on the form from doctor was illegible and the drs office almost closed while we were waiting. Phew. I will try to get into a different lab next time.

Don’t come here if you aren’t prepared for a all day picnic. (bring cards-​lunch-​TV) it’s a impossible place. With appointment I’ve waited almost 2 hours now. These people are the worst

Do not waste your time here if you don’t have an appointment. I waited 45 minutes at 8am. They had 2 people working and 10 people in the waiting room. They were not apologetic either.

The worst blood test Ive ever had! Waiting at 9 AM until 10:30 then after all that stress… the girl proceeds to inform me about a small amount of money I owe before she is taking the blood!
The blood test hurt so bad I thought I would pass out. Ill never go back there and stick with West Hills or Westlake. What a horrible day!
