The UPS Store

you know those days when you’re a mess and can’t quite get it together and things just aren’t working well? Jeremy and the other guys there (sorry I didn’t get all your names) were super patient and helpful … and amazing, really. I actually don’t mind bringing my packages here for drop-​off and will likely do that over hassling with Amazon’s return order problems.
As a single mom, it’s not easy for me to get time away from kiddo to do these errands, but I feel as if I will be supported and helped whether it truly is a «drop-​off and dash» or if I have a more extensive issue I need help with.
As a chemically sensitive person, the store is a little heavy with some manufacturing odor, but I believe that is the nature of the packages being brought in and out. A good airing occasionally would probably make it a better environment, but I haven’t been to a mailing place yet that didn’t have that problem.

Hands down, best UPS Store and shipping service in general I’ve ever used and I’ve frequented many. No other store matches the professionalism and generous attention given here and this is in large part because of the manager, Jeremy, who, as many have already stated here, always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

What friendly service! My wife parked outside, started unloading a couple boxes only to be greeted by a gentleman with a dolly who did all the lifting for her.
Great people at this location and very easy to get in and out.

If you are looking for a NOTARY, look no further! The owner Jeremy is friendly, professional, & courteous. He understands your needs and is very helpful in providing solutions to any questions. I have sent mail from here, notarized documents, and dropped off UPS packages. Parking is a breeze and the hours are very convenient. Store is well organized and the other employees are very helpful as well. I will continue to come here and let my friends in Agoura know where to go!

I have used the services of many shipping outlets, and none compare to the customer service of this location. Jeremy (owner) knows what it takes to meet the demands of his customers.
I ship UPS almost daily, and he always greets me with a smile (occasionally coming out to the curb to assist me with packages. I don’t even have to ask. This pleases me, as I consider this act the «extra mile».
I HIGHLY recommend this UPS Store. I’d actually give him 6 stars if I could.

I was extremely pleased with the service at this location since I just went in there randomly for the first time. Jeremy, who is the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely go back there and I would highly recommend this store to anyone else. Sometimes shipping items can be a challenge but this was a very easy and pleasant experience!

Great location and service!!! Plenty of free and easy parking in front of the CVS store, and Jeremy, the owner really goes out of his way to help. I found the service awesome, and Jeremy helped me pick out the best way to ship via USPS or UPS. Late UPS drop off makes it easy for those of us working and I found the prices better then a local competitor up the street.
