I came into to have some coffee and get work done and I had to leave after thirty minutes because it was freezing cold in there. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Sorry to say but the staff in this location new training in customer service. This location is generally very busy, on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Staff have no patience act like they really don’t want to be here. No friendly, and rude to the majority of customers. Westlake Village location is much different. Staff always friendly there. Several times they got the order wrong.

Honestly the employees here are brain dead. Order a kids hot chocolate or hot apple cider and expect a crying child with a burnt tongue. Is it really not common sense to not heat a kids drink to 190 degrees? This has happened more than once. Fortunately I actually possess the ability of rational thinking and now test the drink before handing it to my small child. Honestly sad. I hope each and every one of these employees bites the inside of their mouth causing a huge canker sore, and they continue to reopen the wound for several weeks on end.

Service is fast and the drinks are delicious. Much better then the one across the street. That one takes forever! This one is also nice because you can go shopping at the same time. Will be coming here more then the other. :)
