I hate driving places for nothing. It’s too cold for that right now. The coupon is a bit misleading, you do get a month free but you have to pay a $ 20 startup fee, which is fine. I was even going to upgrade to the gold memberships which is $ 39.99 a month if you would like to use better beds but unfortunately I went in and left with nothing. Nice employees but they couldn’t help me get my membership started so I’m going elsewhere.

I came in last night and Jeremy was super helpful and friendly despite me being totally clueless when it comes to tanning. He was very informative and made sure that I didn’t have any questions before I begun the tanning process. Very happy with the service I received from Jeremy!

New to the sunless tanning thing but appreciate the ability to have some color without the negative effects. I’ve found the staff friendly and informative on each visit. I’d like to point out a young man that I’ve seen the past couple visits. His name is Casey and he stands out as the most positive and engaging employee of any service business I’ve ever encountered. When I meet people like this my first thought is «Dang, I need to have someone like this working for me». This time I just want to say kudos. Love having good people to review these days.

I visited Palm Beach Tan in Addison this spring, felt the price was a little costly but it was convenient as I was opening a large, new business across the street so I joined. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the tanning experience was good. The problem came with my cancellation. I went in to cancel on 6/30, signed for the cancellation on an electronic signature pad, but was informed that since I was billed on 7⁄1 that it would still charge me the $ 65+ for July. I was told that it required 5 days notice to cancel and stop the billing. No problem, I understood that. I continued to tan thru July then stopped July 31 knowing my membership was done. On 9⁄4 I randomly looked at my bank statement and saw that I was charged the $ 65+ for September, looking back noticed I was charged for August as well. I went into speak with the person working the front on 9/4, told her the situation, and she let me know she would call corporate and have my refund within the hour. I felt great about it as I left but about 5 hours later received a call from the same person saying they couldn’t refund my money but would gladly upgrade me to diamond for 2 months, or give me 2 months credit for merchandise. If I wasn’t satisfied she left me her DM Chrissy’s phone number. Obviously I cancelled for a reason, I no longer needed the service, so neither option was acceptable, I just wanted a refund. I left a message with the DM, hopeful for resolution. On 9⁄5 I got a message from Chrissy saying that there was no documentation of the cancel and if I had any more questions to call back, no refund. I have left an additional message for Chrissy to get corporates number but no response as of yet, 3 calls and she has not picked up the phone once. My problem with this all is that they don’t give you documentation for your cancel, learning experience for me, as it’s really easy now say I didn’t cancel which I did, made a specific trip on 6⁄30 to do so. Second, the turnover is so high, of course the person I cancelled with no longer works there. Bigger problem for me is the principle. If they were right, and I never cancelled why would they offer me free 2 months of upgraded tanning and also $ 130 in free products. I opened a large business across the street and will be sure to inform them of my experience as well as contact the corp office and BBB. When you trust a company with your bank info and they take advantage of you as well as stop any and all customer service once you cancel it show the true intentions. $ 130 is not a big issue but how they treat you after they make a mistake is.

Tried this location after a bad experience in Las Colinas. The nicest employee(Rachael) helped me. The entire experience was pleasant and relaxing which is why you come to tan in the first place. She asked if I needed extra time(for putting on lotion) which was most considerate. No pressure to buy their lotion either(I order mine online for ½ price). The salon was spotless and the beds were too. I got good color from the bed so the bulbs must have been changed recently ~ which is important. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this location!
