Sorry I was trying to review the HIE in Ludington. I’ve never been to the HIE in TC.

Adequate, but the rooms are tired, showing their age. Doesn’t measure up to recent visits to newer HIE properties. Won’t be back until there’s a renovation.

Seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at– front desk clerk was amazingly friendly, rooms were clean and fresh smelling– not just a cover up spray either, they were clean!!! This is my definite go to when in town!!!

Stayed here on business, it was quiet and clean, my two biggest requirements. Like, really quiet The fan stays on constantly if you want, which I love for white noise. The wi-fi is strong I you want to be on the front of the building facing the entrance there is a decent view of the bay, I chose the back because it’s quieter traditionally They recognize platinum status quickly and offered a nice upgrade They even offer a late night adult swim quiet hour in the pool Staff was very friendly. Strong 4 stars. Not 5 because, well, Petoskey is just a much nicer location and really set the bar high. I don’t know if that’s fair to this place, but that’s my frame of reference

Very clean, great location, adequate parking. Biggest drawback is level of noise from 7am to checkout. Numerous slammed doors. I recommend. Workout room is tiny and no free weights. Bed is comfortable with 2 pillow firmness levels. Tv is flat panel with HD and a lot of great channels including HBO.

Great location, only about 5 minute drive from downtown or turtle creek casino. pretty good continental breakfast even has a pancake machine that my wife loved. staff was super friendly. only thing that couldve been better was that when we stayed there, we had to be one of 3 couples staying and we got a king room, 3rd floor. wouldve been nice if we were put on the bay side. other then that i’d stay here again, its half the price of the hotels in town.
