I asked for a quote to rebuild a deck and they were very prompt and helpful. But, when I ultimately told them that I was going to use another company the tone of their response was nasty and unprofessional. I certainly didn’t expect them to be pleased but the tone of their voice was surprisingly harsh. They might be outstanding builders, but they are definitely sore losers.
