I had a moving reservation with Rolls for 1pm yesterday. They kept pushing the time back but assured me 430 was the latest they would arrive. At 530 I called the office to inquire about a discounted rate since they were nearly 5 hours late. The guy started YELLING at me about how that’s the nature of the business and they don’t give discounts. I tried to explain 1 – 2 hrs I can understand, 5 hrs means I’ve lost my reservation for the freight elevator, loading dock and access to friends’ help. He said that’s not his responsibility. I said I’m going to write a terrible review. He told the movers, who’d finally just arrived, to not move me and drive away. And so they did. Incredible! No professionalism & I will be calling the Better Business Bureau after the holiday weekend. ZERO stars
