We were traveling to Valencia and wanted to taste the freshest seafood like a local, so we have this idea of buying seafood from fish market and trying our luck and asking a local restaurant to cook for us.
So we called Hang Zhou (which is very close to the central market of Valencia) and asks the restaurant owner, and they gladly agreed.
We went to the central market of Valencia in the morning and bought a lot of fresh seafood, and drop them off at the restaurant. We came back around dinner time, and our seafood feast was ready!
The restaurant owner is very nice and attentive, making sure we are doing good and have everything we need. And the seafood was just phenomenal and blew our mind (check out the photos, a picture tells a thousand words), it turned out to be one the best seafood meal we had in Spain, because we have the freshest seafood straight from the fish market, and obviously the restaurant knows how to cook them deliciously.
The best dish is Carabineros shrimp (giant red shrimp), it is the best tasting shrimp we’ve ever had, the most delicious part is the head, don’t miss that.
We are originally from Hong Kong (living in New York currently) and we are amazed how well they prepare seafood (in Chinese way), it reminds us of the tastes from home.
We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, it’s a hidden gem!

Nos sentamos por casualidad en esta terraza buscando el tomar una birri sin hacer un agujero en nuestros bolsillos mientras hacíamos tiempo para ir a otro lado.
¡Oye! ¡Que tienen Estrella de Galicia! Y eso ya me hace feliz.
Las cokes te las ponen en copones de brandy y para acompañar, unos kikos de sabor extraño.
Para estar un ratito agradable sin más pretensiones.

Pues es un restaurante chino de los de toda la vida, de antes de que se pusiera de moda la «cocina asiática». Con sus rollitos de primavera, arroz tres delicias y pollo con almendras.
Acudí, buscando algo distinto para comer rápido y barato, al reclamo del menú de 7 € (tres platos, bebida y postre). Es exactamente lo que esperas: platos típicos de este país correctamente cocinados. No hubo sorpresas: ni descubrí una excepcional cocina ni me encontré cuerpos extraños en el plato. Comí decentemente a buen precio, que no es poco.
