Great service and variety of flavors! Tried the passion fruit which was incredible! One of the employees also topped me off with a sample of the mojito flavor. Bolas definitely makes the list for one of the best gelato places in Sevilla! Awesome location near Alfalfa and a good place to stop in after class.

This is by far my favorite ice cream place in Sevilla. I have been living here for a few months and have tried my fair share of ice cream places. The owners are so nice and warm and friendly, and it is the most delicious, homemade ice cream I have ever had! Highly recommended and very well priced.

This was our favorite ice cream spot when visiting Spain. The service was very friendly and the ice cream tasted so fresh and good. I think my favorite part is that they give you a tiny scoop of a different flavor on top. The person we were speaking with gave us samples so we could decide what we wanted and then for the scoop on top she decided what would go best with it. Definitely recommend it.

Had good experience with the staff here. The ice cream is also good, they had flavours which I believe are unique to the south. I liked the goat cheese ice cream a lot :)

a relatively newer competitor to the many ice cream sorbet shops– I look for the ones with covered metal bins(not overflowing) also natural ingredients with less fruit though here = 45−55% so fruits taste a little different but still creamy. price is good at 2.5

This is a relatively new Gelateria/Ice Cream parlour just up from busy Salvador square. Sevilla is spoiled for choice when it comes to Ice Cream, which is understandable when you consider the average temperature. Bolas is a little different to other places in that their flavours are a little more complex than some of the other places(goats cheese & quince jelly anyone?). I first went in when I noticed they were serving salted caramel ice cream, which was crazily good. Salty yet sweet & velvety smooth. I went in again tonight & unfortunately they didn’t have salted caramel, but they did have a flavour called inolvidable(unforgettable). Thankfully this flavour lived up to its name, dark chocolate with roasted caramel, delicious! I think everyone who lives in/visits Sevilla has their favourite pick of the numerous ice cream places, but honestly I’d hands down recommend Bolas for their interesting flavours & wickedly rich ice cream!
