I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The location is super convenient and close to a lot of good restaurants and cafés. Not to mention it’s right in a large shopping district.
I never thought I would call a hotel hipster, but I guess I finally did. The reception in at a long rectangular artistic table rather than a regular «front desk». The artwork and seating area are quite interesting as well. The room keys! They’re like mini USB slots attached to a key chain with your room number.
The rooms are quite comfortable as well. The only thing I wish is that they have thicker blankets. lol

I was pleasantly surprise by this unassuming hotel. Perfect location on a street just off the Grand Via. Very, very quiet, especially if you ask for a room not facing the street. Good breakfast, good size room. Room tip: due to it’s set up rm 501 felt like a small suite. It faces the inside courtyard and it was so quiet we were able to leave our window open all night. The door opens on a long wide L– shape hall with the well appointed bathroom then leads to the fairly large (for Europe) bedroom. Nice big king size bed & small table with chair & desk. I would assume most of the 01 rooms on other floors were the same. I noticed that the room next to us just looked like a standard hotel room. I very much recommend this hotel for price, and location that is walking distance to all the major sights & shopping.

Muy cerca de la Gran vía, este hotel de 4 estrellas está situado en una calle no muy buena, es la única pega que tiene, pero al salir de la calle ya estás en pleno centro y a 100 mts tienes la Gran vía y parada de metro desde donde conectar a donde quieras. Su decoración está ambientada en las islas canarias, de ahí su nombre, las habitaciones tienen nombre de isla. El desayuno buffet es muy completo, fruta fresca variada, muy buena bollería, y alguna novedad diaria. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con escritorio para trabajar, conexión Adsl, el baño es muy espacioso y cómodo .
El trato del personal es muy bueno, te avisan a la hora que te tengas que levantar, con mucha amabilidad, hay prensa diaria, nacional e incluso internacional.
Es un hotel adecuado para gente que tiene que pasar noche/​s en Madrid, por motivos de trabajo o cursos de formación, ya que está a un paso del centro y está muy bien comunicado.
