La Paloma

Am ersten Tag unseres 14-​tägigen Urlaubs auf Ibiza haben wir das La Paloma gefunden und uns ins dieses Restaurant verliebt. Die Menschen des La Paloma sind immer freundlich und trotz des großen Andrangs immer ruhig.
Die Speisen sind alle perfekt. Wir waren an 5 Abenden dort und haben immer neue Gerichte probiert. Jedes war eine Steigerung. Die Karte ändert sich an den Tagen manchmal leicht.
Tipp: Der Salat «La Paloma» ist gross genug für zwei Personen. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort und trotzdem waren die Tische immer gefüllt. Eine Reservierung ist in den guten Restaurants von Ibiza zwar immer notwendig, in der Hochsaison im La Paloma aber überlebenswichtig. Also bitte, wenn wir wieder dort sein wollen, haltet eure Reservierungen bitte zurück.

the setting is just perfect and so is the atmo and service. this place has grown over the years, but the style and ambiance remains. a simple must.

A little piece of paradise on Ibiza! A lovely garden to relax from the partying and a great place to find a bit of shade and tranquility after all the beach fun. I advise people to go here when weather conditions are perfect. Its very much an outside venue only (almost). It’s somewhere in the middle of no-​where, but certaintly worth the journey. All the fantastic salads are organic and truly delicious. Amazing how many ingredients they manage to fit in them! Often an abundance of ingredients just disorientates my taste buts, but here they form symphonies! Their smoothies and fruit mixes are a must try as well. Nice staff. Love this place.

Ya he cenado varias veces en «La Paloma» y la verdad es que su terraza es muy acogedora y decorada con mucho cariño. La comida mediterránea se merece cuatro estrellas y el servicio es amable. Este año incluso han abierto una tienda de la «Galería Elefante» en una de las salas y después de la cena se pueden comprar joyas vintage, ropa neo-​hippy u objetos de decoración étnicos.
¿por qué entonces mis tres estrellas? Es precisamente este ambiente «pij-​hippy», tan bien descrito por José Mari T. que chirría y da un poco la impresión de decorado. Pero eso es mi opinión y hay cantidad de gente a la que le gusta este rollito. El restaurante está también abierto durante la temporada baja y bien visitado sobre todo por extranjeros que tienen casa en la isla.

El hipismo evolucionado o como adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos y no morir en el intento: ecologismo, buen gusto y algo de vintage neorústico hacen que este establecimiento en medio del campo ibicenco llene su terraza exterior de bobo, s, burgueses bohemios, artistas y gente discreta que busca una cocina sencilla, sin artificios pero con todo el sabor de productos naturales y de temporada. Platos de corte muy Mediterráneo. Selección de postres muy tentadora
Carta de vinos muy escogida entre españoles e italianos y muy interesante la opción de vinos a copas.
