Wow! This place was spectacular! The server was a gem and the food was incredibly good! We ordered gazpacho, a paella for 1, dorado fish with cauliflower purée and chocolate mousse. My grandma is Valenciana and let me just say that this paella was pretty damn legit! The fish was one of the best things I ate during my whole vacation– the skin was crispy and the fillets were perfectly cooked. The cauliflower purée was heavenly as well! The gazpacho was wonderful as well, and the olive oil bubbles were an amazing burst of richness to cut the soup. Wow. Seriously good! The chocolate mousse also had olive oil and sea salt for an amazing richness! I wish I lived in Ibiza so I could frequent this place!!!

Pimientos de Padron waren hervorragend und auch die zwei MiniBurger aus KobeFleisch (8 €) schmeckten gut, waren aber leider nur Mini.

Our second time here and just as good as the first (last year). The menu hasn’t changed much but when it’s good to begin with that’s no bad thing.
My wife is a vegetarian and we sometimes find it hard to get nice food for her as a result. La Fontana makes a welcome change with plenty of vegetarian tapas and at least one starter and one main on the menu.
We’ll probably be back next time we are in Santa Eularia.
