A cozy Tapas restaurant. We tried the menu for 2 persons — it was delicious. We didn’t liked that we can’t change the selection of tapas. The service was nice.

Great Spanish food with outstanding produce. Highly recommend to try the risotto con gambas and the octopus de la plancha. Dessert: chocolate coulant — even in Barcelona hard to beat. Prices are very low for the quality delivered.

Fried Camembert is the bomb. We ordered the 19 euro menu because we were starving and could not decide what to get, which is a mistake. The menu is varied and enticing. There are two tapas places down the street half a block west which actually draw huge crowds of locals but it was impossible to get tables (or breathing room). This place is a good alternative. It’s more tourists but everything was are was delicious.

Wandered up to this place late night as they had a good patio. Overall great food, particularly the garlic shrimp. The paella portions are quite big, an order for 2 was enough for 4 of us with the 3 – 4 tapas starters we ordered. The only slightly disappointing dish was the octopus.

No puedo escribir mucho sobre este simpático local pues estuve aquí solo para una tapita y una caña pero me ha gustado su rapidez y su pasión. He comido croquetas de jamón muy ricas y sabrosas y creo que eran caseras y una buena caña de cerveza o sea algo clásico de España. Estuve en la terraza pero he echado un vistazo a la sala y no estaba mal. También es un restaurante y seguramente vuelva allí para cenar y probar otros platos.

Delicieux! Une petite terasse que nous avons decouvert par hasard. Très contente du service ainsi que des plats que nous avons choisis. Le sangria particulierement très bon!

Great tapas and the best gelato in the city straight from Italy! Try the multi course chefs choice menu! Best tapas we’ve had in Spain. I guess it pays to have family living local. With so many choices, we might have missed out on this beautiful little spot with a famous chef!

I got food poisoning!
Someone in the reviews called this the Applebee’s of tapas, and they were spot on!
Like I mentioned, this place gave me food poisoning! The food seemed like it came out of a microwaveable box, be cautious! My stomach was gone for a few days and dampened my Spain trip a bit :/​. And the sad thing was, the waiter recommended I get the breaded chicken, and it was awful!!!
I’m giving two stars because prices are reasonable for menu of the day. This place is a tourist trap, indeed. Rule of thumb: if they have someone standing outside the restaurant trying to get people to come in, DO NOT GO.
I do NOT recommend this place, seriously, go anywhere else, there are many better options everywhere.

Wahnsinnig gute Tappasbar und köstlicher frischer Sangria. Geschmacklich ein wahrer Traum, und preislich gar nicht so wild. Nur auf keinen Fall auf die Terrasse setzten wenns nicht sein muss, da zahlt man 15% mehr für alles :((daher minimaler Punkteabzug). Wenn ich nochmal hin käme gebe es aber volle 5 Sterne!

Good atmosphere and food — particularly friendly and attentive service, which can be a rarity in Barcelona. A nice mix of clientele, apparently with locals also.

A good tapas company, they have a lot of different to choose between, and changes the menu. Must try the burger with foie gras.

At first I thought it was a touristic place, therefore we ordered only tapas but food was actually very tasty (we had shrimps, ham croquettes and baked Camembert). Service was good, fast and attentive (maybe because it’s January?) but it was a bit pricey. For 1,5l sangria and 3 portions of tapas we paid € 50. I would still come back though :-)

Bien es verdad que huyo despavorida de las franquicias, nunca les encuentro la calidad que anuncian tener.
No obstante, siempre tiene que venir alguien y hacerte cambiar de opinión y eliminar esos prejuicios. Y es que aquí os lo prometo que se come de lujo.
El menú de entre semana cuesta menos de 10 €, y lleva siempre un pescado fresco como opción. El resto de opciones que probamos estaban a la altura de lo que se esperaba, así que la sensación fue tan buena que repetimos doble durante la estancia en la ciudad.
Localizados en sitios céntricos y emblemáticos, seguro que en tu paseo por Barcelona te encuentras con alguno de ellos. Así que quedas aconsejado: si te pilla la hora de comer por el centro, no dejes la oportunidad de probar estos locales!

Uno de los lugares favoritos de mi abuela! Al ladito de su casa, ideal para los días que no le apetece cocinar (que son muchos!) Para mi gusto el local es un poco frío de decoración, pero no está mal.
Para comer tienen las típicas tapas y algunas un poquito más elaboradas, la comida está rica. A mediodía tienen un menú que está muy bien relación calidad-​precio.

personnel pas aimable qui né fait aucun effort pour la langues.
c’etait froid, mal présenté, petit, insignifiant, sans odeur ni saveur.
le seul plat corect etait les pommes de terre.
meme la salade n’était pas du jour, completement fanée. et le pain ni toasté ni chaud

Great service here and an extensive tapas menu. Also very reasonably priced. This location was close to our hotel with a very nice outside patio for dining.

Sur les conseils du petit futé, nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant «bon et pas cher». Pour ce qui est de l’accueil et de la qualité, rien à dire, c’est professionnel et c’est bon. Là où le bas blesse c’est le prix. Le menu découverte tapas (7 pièces) est à 21 euros par personne sans compter le pain. Ajoutez y un verre de vin rouge et un café et voilà que l’addition grimpe à 33 euros par personne.
En résumé, c’est bon mais vraiment hors de prix.

EXCELLENT TAPAS AND PAELLA! The best service and meal we had in Barcelona. In a great area with lots to see and do before or after dinner or lunch. We enjoyed this place a lot and ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would return!

What a random find this place was! My original intention was going to this other restaurant in the Gothic area, but the menu was entirely Catalynan and a bar setting, and it just wasn’t right for a lunch setting with my family. We veered off and found this gem.
What drew our attention to this place was their lunch special: 3 courses + drink for 9.95 Euros only if you inside but we had no problem with that. I ordered the calamari, beef filet, and chocolate/​marscapone dessert and of course a white wine.
I really enjoyed each dish, and it was quite a good serving size! I was leery that they may have downsized each dish because of the special lunch deal, but I was so full afterwards. My favorite dish was the beef filet as it was cooked perfectly and it just broke apart with great seasoning and flavors. It was spot on. I also really enjoyed the dessert. I don’t often eat things with marscapone but glad that I got to have some on this trip!
Definitely coming back for this lunch special!

This was a total letdown. It looked so nice and cozy from the outside, but once inside we quickly suspected we’d fallen into a tourist trap. The staff was in attentive and uninspired. This was a quiet night, the restaurant was not even half full, and yet we were forgotten twice. One of our orders came 20 – 30 minutes after we’d finished eating. We were asked if we wanted to see the desert menu, answered ‘yes’, and it just never showed up.
The food was okay, nothing spectacular. Overall the whole experience was let down by feeling like you were a nuisance to the staff just by showing up.
Not going back here!

L’offre de bar à tapas à Barcelone étant absolument phénoménale, à un moment donné, il faut bien se lancer… Celui-​ci a l’avantage d’être situé tout près de la marina et de la Barceloneta, c’est donc idéal de tomber sur cette adresse après une belle balade. D’autant plus que l’établissement dispose d’une belle terrasse couverte et chauffée !
N’y connaissant pas grand-​chose aux tapas locaux (il faut bien l’avouer), nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation pour deux, accompagné d’une bouteille de vin blanc. L’établissement dispose d’une carte bien fournie, et la salle intérieure vous le confirmera, c’est une véritable caverne d’Ali Baba remplie de bouteilles de vin. Avis aux amateurs…
Les tapas étaient vraiment très bons, pour un prix peut-​être un chouïa élevé (le fameux prix de la qualité). Le service était plutôt rapide et au taquet, même si nous sommes tombés sur un serveur très, très timide qui marmonnait l’énoncé des tapas. Difficile de comprendre précisément ce que nous allions manger, mais il était néanmoins efficace. L’endroit était tellement agréable que nous avons prolongé le repas en buvant un cocktail dans la salle principale à l’intérieur. Nous avons fini la soirée un peu tard, mais nous n’avons jamais eu l’impression d’être pressés vers la sortie.
En bref, une bonne adresse pour une soirée à deux ou à plus si vous souhaitez bien manger et né pas (trop) vous ruiner.

Voici un restau de tapas comme il y’en a de nombreux à Barcelone.
J’aurai pu mettre un 4, car celui ci est vraiment sympa, se situe dans un cadre assez agréable, pas très loin du port et du quartier de Barcelonetta. Convient parfaitement à un repas en couple ou entre amis. La qualité du service y est très bonne, pas besoin de faire des pieds et des mains pour attirer l’attention des serveurs.
La carte est bien fournie, nous y avons pris un menu degustation de plusieurs tapas, pour deux personnes. Pratique, proposant un assortiment de plusieurs tapas, c’est le bon plan pour découvrir et bien manger. Pas de risqué de mauvaise surprise.
En revanche, et raison pour laquelle je né mettrai qu’un 3, c’est que justement, une fois sortie de «menu dégustation», si vous avez encore faim, attention à bien choisir !
Appréciant la viande d’agneau, je me suis décidé pour des tapas à base de ce petit animal normalement doux, enfin, c’est ce qu’on dit.
Je n’aurai peut être pas du, il n’y avait rien à manger que des os. Un peu rachitique, l’agneau. Peut-​être qu’il était en mauvaise santé, je né sais pas. Bizarrement, je né suis pas fan du fait de manger des os en général, donc j’ai été un peu déçu.
Je né peux pas juger de la qualité des autres tapas, mais je constate que celle-​ci n’est pas homogèné, ce qui est bien dommage.
Cependant, si on juge la qualité globale du service, ainsi que sa situation géographique et la qualité des plats, on peut quand même se dire que c’est une adresse de tapas sympa de Barcelone.
Un 3 plutôt à valeur de 3.5, donc.

Our favorite tapas spot in Barcelona. We had an incredible lunch, the menu of the day is 3 courses for 9.95 euros, and worth it!
We started with langostinos, then the was the hamburgesa con fois gras, and finally the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Everything was extremely tasty!
We brought the kids, and they had chicken skewers, sardine bites, and patates. They ate everything, including our desserts.
5 of us for lunch and a bottle of wine, $ 60 euros.

Foie gras burger was hands down the BEST lunch near the Picasso Museum. Perfectly cooked resting on top of sea salted potato in a delicious olive oil. Heaven. The olive oil they use is magical pixie dust.
Service was slow at first, but once they submit the order via wireless device, food comes out like the Jetson’s cartoon. Our server brought out complimentary patatas bravas without the mayo aioli for the kids. Bravo for the bravas !!
Extensive wine list and menu «del dia» included, appetizer, entrée, & dessert for 9.95 Euro. Completely worth it. Outdoor seating is the usual + 15%, but if you sit inside you will enjoy the modern lighting and decorative varnished wooden repurposed wine crates.

I thought this place was decent and above average. Cool ambiance and good service. It’s pricey but most of the restaurants in the area are too. It’s not fast food tapas like some others have said. It’s better than that.
An overall nice place. Try it.

Cool little place that we stumbled upon during a Gothic stroll. The prices weren’t right, but the variety of tapas were what we were looking for.
Tip
Try a little of everything. I am sure there is something that most will like. Shrimp was a safe hit for us.

Fui hace un par o tres de años por primera vez y recuerdo que no salí muy satisfecha. Anoche, viernes, andábamos por el Born y fue el único restaurante en el que encontramos mesa. Me llevé una grata sorpresa ya que todas las tapas que pedimos me resultaron buenísimas. La mejor sin duda, la de secreto ibérico, torradito y a vez meloso y tierno. El camembert rebozado, las croquetas y las gambas «crocantes» también muy buenas. Quizás la que menos me gustó fue la tapa de pulpo a la gallega, ya que no era de las mejores que he probado, aunque también he comido de peores. El servicio es rápido y el precio correcto tirando a un pelín caro (las tapas son raciones algo pequeñas). También decir que el nivel de ruido del local es algo molesto, así que no iría allí si lo que quiero es tener una cena romántica o un ambiente relajado.

Very expensive for what it is. Service is ok but food is as good as at any other taky but good tapas place. Typical for guiris and newbies in barcelona that get ripped off. The place is pretty and clean though. Not worth for me. I asked for bread andthey only had pa amb tomaquet, not just regular bread to eat with their fried cheese… come on guys, i m from barcelona…

We had a great lunch at Celler de Tapas, so we knew that Lonja de Tapas would be just as good. The food was delicious. We ordered a variety of tapas from the menu. English menu was available and the waiters also spoke English.
We had the following:
— Tomato bread — I liked this tomato bread compared to La Plata. The bread was toasted and lots of yummy olive oil infused with the tomatoes.
— Potato and egg with foie gras — My husband liked this dish a lot! The foie gras was not as good as his dish at El Quim, but it wasn’t bad.
— Eggplant, artichokes, and sundried tomatoes — So awesome since they were marinated in olive oil.
— Shrimp in casserole — Out of all of the tapas, this was disappointing. The shrimps were really small.
— Scallops with asparagus and peppers — Pretty good.
— Tomato salad with smoked salmon — Loved this salad. The heirloom tomatoes were awesome. The red onions weren’t overwhelming too. Loved the smoked salmon. It was an interesting combination of soy sauce flavors with the smoked salmon.
— Crispy potatoes with spicy sauce — Complimentary which was delicious.
— Octopus with potatoes — The octopus was actually fatty, but it was good.
We spent around 48 euros for dinner which is pretty pricey, but at least we liked the food.

Tapas in durchschnittlicher Qualität zu etwas gehobenen Preisen in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten. Das Brot als angeblicher Service des Hauses steht natürlich später auf der Rechnung. Warum sich immer noch Restaurants mit diesem Touristennepp Gäste vergraulen, ist mir ein Rätsel. Der Service vergaß zwar eine Bestellung, war aber extrem aufmerksam, um jeden leeren Teller abzuräumen und die Rechnung zu präsentieren, als der letzte Bissen geschluckt war, um den Tisch gleich wieder frei zu haben, obwohl der Laden nur halb voll war.

Wir waren 2,5 Tage in Barcelona und haben zweimal dort gegessen — muss man noch mehr sagen? Tapas wirklich lecker und vielfältig, es gibt sowohl die klassischen als auch einige etwas ausgefallene, sogar mit asiatischem Touch, sehr, sehr lecker! Weinauswahl auch gut, sehr groß, wir haben sofort etwas Schönes für uns gefunden. Kellner sehr freundlich, man muss auch bei etwas mehr Betrieb nicht lange aufs Essen warten. Lokal sieht auch gut aus, groß, hell, freundlich, nicht zuviel und nicht zu wenig gestylt.

Aufgrund der Qype-​Bewertungen haben wir dem Lonja de Tapas einen Besuch abgestattet — und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Der Laden ist modern und aufgeräumt eingerichtet, besonders die Weinregalwand und der Tresenbereich haben es uns angetan.
Wir waren kurz vor 8 Uhr im Restaurant, welches zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch komplett leer war (ist ja auch kein Wunder, in Barcelona wird in der Regel erst spät gegessen), sich aber zügig gefüllt hat. Die Kellner waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Bedienung erfolgte zügig.
Die Auswahl an Tapas und Weinen ist sehr gut, die Tapas liegen preislich in der Regel zwischen EUR3 und EUR6, wobei es natürlich auch teurere Tapas gibt (bis EUR20); Wein gibt es ab EUR11.
Die Qualität der Speisen war top, alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt (unbedingt probieren: den Salat nach Tapas-​Art und die drei Schokoladen mit Salz und Öl).
Insgesamt hat es uns im Lonja de Tapas super gefallen, einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es dann aber doch: wir bekamen vom Kellner als «Starter» ungefragt Brot mit Öl und Tomaten, welches sich dann allerdings mit knapp EUR4 auf der Rechnung wiederfand.

Wer tapas mag wird diesen Laden lieben. Leider bin ich viel zu selten hier um es zu geniessen.

Hervorragende Tapas Bar.
Wir haben das Lokal für ein Geschäftsessen (30 Personen) auf Grund der qype Bewertungen ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Angenehmes, aufgeräumtes aber nicht kaltes Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service. (mit guten Englischkenntnissen).
Die Tapas waren sehr gut, meine persönliche Empfehlung wären die «steamed mussels». Einfach nur Wow!
Weinauswahl & Empfehlungen durch das Personal haben uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen.
Kurz und gut: Wir waren am nächsten Tag gleich wieder dort. :)

lonja de tapas ist ein hervorragendes Tapas-​Restaurant in Barcelona.
Die Tapas sind sehr gut, es sind sowohl katalanische Spezialitäten als auch diverse Tapas der eher ungewöhnlichen Kategorie zu bekommen. Die tapas bewegen sich dabei jedoch in einem TOP Preis-​Leistungsverhältnis. (Preisrahmen 3−6EUR /​Portion). Ebenso wie die Tapas sind auch die Desserts (3,90EUR/Portion) lecker und wirklich klasse!
Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich und umfasst Weine im Wert von 13EUR — 50EUR/​Flasche. Auch halbe Liter und Gläser (2,90EUR) sind erhältlich.
Der Service ist 1A, sehr aufmerksam, schnell und zuvorkommend.
Zwar ist das Restaurant nicht im typischen Tapas-​Stil eingerichtet, allerdings hat der moderne und helle Stil auch seine Vorteile und seinen Charme.
ACHTUNG: 15% Aufpreis auf der Terasse, bzw. im Außenbereich.

Super leckere, eher ungewöhnliche Tapas (Gänseleber auf Ingwerbrot, gebackener Camembert mit Beeren-​Essigsauce), sehr netter Service und die Preise sind echt ok (2, — bis 6, — EU je). ECHT ein heißer Tipp!

Como su nombre indica podemos disfrutar de magníficas tapas, caseras, bien elaboradas algunas muy muy buenas. Pedimos bravas, tapas de la casa un buen vinito y para comer paella (era lo que más flojo vimos)
Como tapería tienen mucho éxito.
El precio estuvio muy bien picoteando picoteando nos quedamos muy bien servidos. Volveremos

Hervorragendes Tapas-​Restaurant!
Ein Bekannter aus Barcelona hat uns dieses Restaurant empfohlen, weil Stil, Tapas-​Qualität und Wein-​Auswahl sehr gut sein sollten. Dies wurde bei unseren Besuch bestätigt. Wir waren etwas früh (19 Uhr) dort, zu der Zeit war das Restaurant aussen ganz gut besucht und innen noch komplett leer. Es füllte sich dann aber schnell mit Einheimischen und Touristen. Die Qualität der Tapas ist wirklich klasse, alles was wir probiert haben schmeckte prima. Wein haben wir leider nicht getestet. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich hingebungsvoll um uns gekümmert! Tja und die Atmosphäre: Ist zwar nicht so urig und gemütlich wie viele andere (kleine) Restaurants, aber durchaus angenehm.

Könnte zu einem der Besten Tapas Bars der Stadt werden. das Essen ist super, sieht auch sehr schön aus und ist geschmacklich sehr genial marinierter Thunfisch mit Mandelnalleine schon die Oliven oder die Hähnchenspiesse mit Soyasoße nicht sehr traditionell, aber eine moderne Art der Tapas Cuisine. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Dessert three textures of chocolate with salt and olive oil einfach eine Geschmacksexplosion
Die Athmosphäre am Wochenende etwas hektisch, aber man merkt es nicht so sehr, ansonsten eher ruhig und sehr zuvorkommende und aber auch zurückhaltende Kellner
Der Hauswein ist schon zu empfehlen und auch die übrige Weinkarte ist etwas für den Geniesser.
Schade das man es nicht mitnehmen kann, aber wir kommen wieder

Das Lonja de Tapas hat am 24.11.07 neu eröffnet und war direkt proppenvoll. Und das mit Recht. Hier bekommt man leckere Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Kellner sind sehr bemüht, einen nicht lange auf einen der begehrten Plätze warten zu lassen, was man leider auch etwas zu spüren bekommt, wenn die Teller leergegessen sind. Die Weinkarte ist übersichtlich, nicht immer sind alle Weine vorrätig, aber eine geschmacklich adäquate Alternative wird kompetent empfohlen.
Sicher findet man sich in diesem Restaurant umgeben von Touristen, aber das ist man ja schließlich auch selbst. Doch auch ein paar Einheimische haben sich auch hergewagt — und sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt.
