Don’t be fooled by the cold-looking, golden-haired guy with a smaller sized ‘sidekick’ at the counter in the men’s section. They are men of few words but are an extremely helpful human beings. I once wanted to exchange a jacket which I never wore before, with its tags on, but receipts lost. Initially the golden haired boy says they don’t do exchanges without receipts but after I tell him to talk to his manager, his manager agreed! When it was late and his counter needs to be closed, he informed me courteously that he will bring it up to the counter upstairs, and that I could do my exchange there. The people at the dressing room are also prompt and efficient with the queue, folding of clothes etc. Though the wait can still take quite a while — can’t be helped. Overall I haven’t had any bad experiences shopping here and I salute Zara’s reasonable exchange policy!
