Bought my wallet in Munich in July 2013 but I didn’t check properly and thus missed out the defect at the folding part. Spotted it when I took it out to use recently. Came here to seek solution for my wallet. The SA patiently heard me out and suggest that there might not be any salvage for it. But she took pictures of the defect, emailed the higher ups(I guess?) and told me that the reply will take around one week. On the 5th day, she called back with a good news which is, I am granted an exchange! She reserved two colours of the same model so that I get to choose. Super satisfied and in awe by the great lengths they go for after sales service!

my one and a half year old trolley bag zipper burst on my holiday trip to new zealand!:( so once back, i send it to them to get it fixed. service was quick. they asked for the authenticity card which i forgot to bring along with me. told them so and it was not an issue. was advised it might take 2 to 3 months, as it had to be send to hong kong for zipper transplant. not an issue for me, kind of. i then asked about the estimated costs for repair and was told possibly $ 60-$ 150. considering the price of the bag, again not an issue for me. however, to my pleasant surprise, they then decided to waive it altogether!:) way cool and by far the best! quickly filled out a form and off i went smiling from ear to ear!!! p/s: PRADA = Please Repair And Don’t Account.
