I have this weakness for Fried Kway Teow or matter of fact any of wok fried rice noodle.
Walking around Food Republic inside Ion Orchard, it was not easy to make up my mind what to have for snack!
When I saw all these 3 uncles wokking away behind the glass at Yong Xin, I know I want one of those!
Fried Kway Teow ($ 5) was off the wok hot! I didn’t expect much but it was amazing good… Maybe I was hungry? Love the abundance of cockles and Chinese sausage!
No lines and I got my food in 5 minute. I am not complaining!

I needed food in ION and I thought these old uncles were cute; going about doing what they do best, each at his wok and having a good jest with each other.
I was right! From now on, whenever I wanna have good food, I will just look at the attitude of the people making it.
