The bartender from another great cocktail bar walked us 4 blocks to this one, which we would have never found. (we asked where he drinks when he isn’t working) It is isn’t marked and is on the second floor but keep looking as it is a great find. They don’t have a menu and the bar tender asks you what you like and what you don’t like, and then mixes you a drink. For the three of us, she made perfect drinks that had a wonderful flavor. Our bartender was wonderful and she did a great job and was lots of fun. It has a great vibe and although a small space is lots of fun. We will head back to this place.

Ridiculously expensive for mediocre cocktails, even by Singaporean standards. They don’t have a menu or listed prices anywhere, so your bill will be an welcome surprise when you go to pay after a few rounds of drinks which will set you back a couple hundred dollars or more. Food was alright and people are friendly though. Will not be returning.

Hidden on the second floor off of Amoy St. there is a great craft cocktail bar with a great name. Yes the Spiffy Dapper is a cool unassuming bar that has delicious cocktails. No menu to speak of so if you are not one who likes to throw caution to the wind, this is not the palace for you. Just tell them if you like gin, vodka, rum, tequlia and if you are a sweet, sour, bitter drinker and hold on, you will get a awesome cocktail created by one of the fabulous mixologists. These guys are the real deal.
The place is very intimate and dark, great place for couples or just a date. Good for conversations and not very loud, at least when my party of 6 was there.

This place is awesome. There are no menus, the barkeep asks you what kinds of sprits and other mixers you like and will make you something special. It is a great place to hang out late and was not crowded when we got there.
The owner was super nice and sat with us for a while and had some drinks. He also let us sample some chezc liquor that I had had previously but my friend had not.
I will totally bring friends here when they are in town.

Hilda & George make the most amazing cocktails & they will make you something based on your preferences & mood at the moment. They take their cocktail science very seriously but they’re both so so so much fun: D…
Stop by here for some quiet time with the mellow jazz music setting the mood for an evening of quietude & socializing in a chique dark & very 1930’s speakeasy kinda way.
Please don’t come here to drink beer.
