This is one of the fav spot for students to study at. It’s always 70−80% pack for most times and weekend is worst.
Service is quick and service staff is polite. Coffee made here maintain its standard with most CBTL joints even when it’s pack.
No comment on food as no try yet.
The Aircon is always cooling, to most it’s cold. Haha
Only downside is hard to get a table on weekend. And it’s mostly a bit noisy with all the crowd.

I’m not sure why there are no reviews at such a busy location but here goes.
I am a fan of Starbucks, I admit it unashamedly. However, how come when I go to a CBTL and order an iced coffee that I find myself saying «Wow, this tastes really good»?
Great coffee with an extensive food menu as well and the service at this location is pretty friendly. Oh and the coffee does taste better than S*******.
