When we found our own place to move in, the next step was to hook us up online and our landlord recommended StarHub. We went to their branch at Jurong Point and we weren’t disappointed.
We opted to get the cable+internet package without the phone line. Although the sales clerk was giving it to us at almost the same rate, the manager gave us a much bigger discount. For a 24-​month contract, that seems like a good deal. The best part of it, I did not shell out some cash-​unlike what I was used to. And we can automatically use it, no more waiting for activation period. The sales clerk was very thorough at explaining to us what package would fit our lifestyle and she did not go about selling us useless and expensive items. She just stuck with us on what we were looking for. Now that’s customer service. And their after service, their call center representatives are really helpful when I have some problems from the beginning. Very patient and pleasant.
So far, I am enjoying StarHub’s services and am looking forward to a much stronger consumer-​business relationship with them.
