Tried a few different soup vendors in all the mall food courts, and this one was our favorite.
Had the #1 and #2 (I apologize, can’t remember the names) and both were quite good. This food court is decidedly middling in feel and ambiance, but that’s all good– the food is well worth it.
Service is quick, too.

I love soup! I love that this homegrown group of soup restaurants has expanded into our food courts, so we can always have tasty double-​boiled and herbal soups at any time.
It’s cheap and there is a huge variety of different soups.
I come to this particular Soup Master very often because of its location. All the soups are above average. My own fave is the pear apple and pork rib soup.
I love that they have a sign that says «gan gan lai jia tang» (come forth bravely to refill soup) — that is magic to my soup-​loving, Chinese ears.
