a small boutique shop with 4 sales staff.
all working as a team.
no in fighting nor customer grabbing.
everyone pulling their own weight.
they are all super friendly and they dont judge you.
they listen to your needs before recommending what they think might suit you.
they dont oversell and are not pushy.
they make you feel at home.
drinks (even plain water) are served with royce chocolates.
i would definitely recommend their nespresso coffee.:)
the manager herself personally made our cuppa.
they let you try on their watches even though you have no intention of buying any.
they are originally watch makers with a long standing history, since 1874.
hand crafted mechanical movement watches are their thing.
what caught my eye was their tourbillon, moon-​phase indicator, hand-​wound, rose gold piece, which was unfortunately out for a photo shoot.

jewellery however is relatively more affordable:)
their signature possession collection is a ring within a ring.
the outer ring connected yet freely rotating over the inner.
their service excellence continued with next day engraving (normally 1 week) plus home delivery thereafter!
