I’ve reviewed the other Organi outlet in Marina Square(though it looks like they might’ve moved to Suntec) but I do stop by this outlet occasionally as it’s very close to my apartment. To echo my other review, I do love Organi’s products(despite their heavy price tag.) I use their Papaya mask and honey peel once a week, the eye gel twice daily, the red alfa serum, and both day and night creams. Their cleanser does wonders for Miguel, but I don’t use it because it’s not very effective in taking my makeup off. My comments on their hard-selling sales associates still apply very much to this outlet.* Making an exchange can be equally painful. For instance, I bought a complete skin care set for my mother-in-law for $ 590. She liked everything except the eye gel, and asked if I could exchange it for a night cream. When I came to do the exchange, I was asked silly questions like why my mother-in-law didn’t try the eye gel and if I was sure she wanted to return it. After giving satisfactory answers these questions, the associate phones the manager to get approval, but the manager didn’t pick up. Instead of trying to call someone else, she proceeds to sit me down, tell me what else is «wrong» with my skin, and tries to make me spend even more. Seriously? I’ve recently spent about $ 600 and you want me to buy more?! It’s nice that you think I’m made of money but I just want to quickly do the exchange and get on with my life. Again, great products, but don’t let the associates pressure you into buying so much if you’re not ready to commit. Just remember there’ll always be promotions and the more products you buy, the better the discount. – *However, I will say there is one associate I met who was quite lovely. But mostly everyone else is aggressive.
