Definitely a splurge option! Things that make it 4 stars: — Nice ambiance. The pillows in the waiting area are Emilio Pucci. They give you a strong ginger tea before and after your treatment. They also provide snacks like almonds and lotus seeds after. — Personalised service. I got a facial here and was given some good advice(look for products that specialise in hydrating.) — First time customers get good discounts. Things that make it 3 stars: — Pricing be cray cray. Their signature facial costs $ 230. As I was a first time customer, I was able to get 50% off. Massages start around $ 140, so treatments here are not something I can do often. — I heard a lot of outside noise from my room during my service, which I found a bit disruptive. I could hear loud footsteps walking outside and occasionally muffled voices. — Maybe I’m not used to this, but I felt a little discomfort during my facial. The steam machine they used to open my pores was a bit too strong for me and I felt I couldn’t breathe; I had to ask to make it less intense. Also, the light used to do my extraction was directly over my eyes; even with them covered I found it too bright. A lot of adjustments had to be made throughout my service. I wouldn’t mind returning, but I’d only do so when I want to splurge, or if I got more discounts. I heard about this place through GetKlarity, a website that offers spa discounts. As they have a relationship with them, you might be able to score more deals for LS as a returning customer if you work with their beauty concierges.
